Domino's Pizza, Liberty Hill TX

Garbage customer service. I deliver food through Uber eats and lost connection on my phone in the middle of an order and couldn’t see my navigation information anymore. I stopped by to ask if I could use their wifi and they refused despite me explaining it was for my job. I told them I’d delete the wifi password and not use their wifi past getting navigation information and the guy at the counter still said no with an odd attitude. I’m sorry, but that’s just unreasonable to be so protective of a wifi password. If it were a sit down restaurant I would understand, but people rarely spend more than 10 minutes inside a Domino’s. I doubt me looking at navigation information for a minute would’ve slowed their wifi. Thankfully the people in the convenience store next door were much kinder and allowed me to use their wifi. I may not have been a buying pizza today, but I sure as hell won’t ever buy from Domino’s in the future.

This has become my go to pizza place. Staff is friendly. Always gets my pizza without mistakes and on time. Couple of times i got notification on dominoes app saying that pizza is done, But it was not done when i reached.

Worst experience ever with dominos
The guy who makes pizza in manager t shirt feels he is exceptional pizza maker in this universe but to tell it is the THE WORST pizza carry out experience i had last night. Pizza literally tastes like (-) ”. He dont even know difference between a Brooklyn pizza and Hand tossed pizza! Waste of money.just go 2 more miles u have dominos next to sonic. They are cheerful, amazing, find some good food over there

Highly recommend this location for Domino's pizza. I stopped by after getting my vehicle inspected up the street from their store and placed a carryout order for pizza and salad. The order was ready in 10 mins and the pizza was hot, fresh, and crazy good.it was a nice surprise to celebrate National Pepperoni Pizza day. Efficient, polite service.with a smile

We stopped by pretty late and ordered on the window. They were so nice to make us a pizza and so fast! It was absolutely delicious! Everyone was was very nice

I like this Domino's my biggest complaint is that they don't always cut the pizza evenly or actually all the way through when they're busy or in a hurry.

They ignore you at the window. Look right at you even after knocking on the window and then still claim they didn't notice you. Then cancel an order and since when doesn't a credit card print out for a refund?

I had a issue with a large pizza not having enough cheese and toppings. It was inedible. I put in a complaint via the Dominos app. Someone from this location called me and started arguing with me defending why there was very little cheese.
I told the lady that I had ordered this exact same pizza prior several times and it came with regular amount of cheese. This lady continued arguing with me. I hung up. I’m not gonna waste time to argue over cheese. OVER CHEESE. She also left me a voice message to continue arguing. Is this place mental or something?

They've been good to me, both takeout and delivery. If it's from 4-6PM you want to do delivery, because the traffic at 29 and 183 is hellish.

We order some pizzas and they accidently charged the wrong amount and caught it super fast and we came back and paid the right price and got a full refund

It's Domino's. Not my favorite but they are open late, this location also has a drive thru which is a huge plus for convenience.

I would give 5 stars, but I can’t. I don’t understand how not a single dominos will deliver to my house. The wag bag location is. 7 miles away…. Please fix this issue.

This is our go-to location. Staff usually very friendly and food always comes out on time when ordering carry out. This is probably the best quality location in our area. Go to the carry out window, they make it very easy.

We ordered garlic knots, and they weren't ready soon enough for the delivery. They brought us a close alternative, which was so thoughtful! The delivery person offered to bring what we actually ordered soon after. And this we respectfully declined. But, a few minutes later, they showed up at the door with the garlic knots we ordered! Both delivery drivers were so respectful and professional. Very thankful for this service!

So GREASY! And first ordered delivered to somewhere else and now someone else’s order. Good job.

Do not set up “future deliveries” with this store. I work nights and set up for delivery for lunch for my kids which never came: i call to see what happened right when i wake up 4 hours later, the first lady that answered was apologetic and explained that the app has been “messing up lately” she then escalated to their manager “JADE” who immediately made me feel incompetent and that it was MY fault that the order was done wrong. I felt ZERO empathy from this woman. I could tell all she wanted to do was hang up already. Miss Jade, I’m sorry i annoyed you and that my kids didn’t have their lunch today, i apologize for wasting your time. I’m sorry you didn’t even try to call the number that was on the order when no one picked up the “carry out” order that was already paid for. Because that would’ve been going too far beyond reasonable service.
