Domino's Pizza, Amarillo TX

Two of the four slices on my half pizza had meat toppings, the other two were literally spinach, sauce, cheese, and the bread. Garbage service.

I order pizza from Domino's every 3 weeks for my pharmacy staff. I ordered from the one on Hillside Rd in Amarillo this time. It was such an awful experience *due to CARLOS, the under qualified terrible customer service so-called manager at this location*! The young man that answered the phone was kind, but it was his first week, and he was very undertrained. I had to give him my order 4 times then after paying with my cc that I had to give twice, he told me that the payment was $0.96 short. He then said he didn't know why, but needed my cc number again. I asked if I could just give the driver an extra $1 instead of charging my cc again for less than $1. ONE HOUR AND 14 MINUTES LATER when we still had not received our pizza, I called with concern. They told me that they tried to deliver it to someone named "Tim" at 7410 Cason Rd. That's not my name nor the address that I gave 3 times. He put his mgr CARLOS on who told me that they sent it to the address given and that the person who came to the door stated he did not order any pizza. Instead of calling the ph# they had and read back to me and asking for the name on the receipt *all my info, including my name spelled correctly, was on the receipt when it finally came to me*, he said he decided to just wait for me to call to check-in on the undelivered order. He didn't apologize or offer a refund, etc. Instead as I voiced my concerns and confusion, HE - CARLOS - HUNG UP ON ME. I called back to finish conversation bc I thought maybe we got disconnected by accident, and he did it yet again. Maybe he was embarrassed bc of his error, but he took that emotion out in anger with me. He was so unprofessional and demeaning over their error that I will never order from any Domino's again. I feel terrible for the owner of this establishment bc Carlos is not representing the company well in the least. Very disappointed.

My wife and I ordered pizza and a chicken Caesar salad. The delivery took almost a hour to arrive, I received an email from dominos that they failed to delivered to our address. When called I was met with a worker who just said my address but said I never entered my apt number. They stated I did not put in my address in the delivery. Odd, I apologized about the mistake was told the food was coming. When I hung up and checked the order my address and apt number was stated. Why lie?
Lastly. With our pizza and Caesar we ordered a drink and garlic dipping sauce and neither was given. I get it, 4 bucks isn't a lot in the grand scheme however I really wanted that sprite and my wife wanted her garlic dip.

We will not be ordering from Dominos from this experience. Keep the 4 bucks, clearly it's needed.

I ordered online and it was completely ignored. Showed up to pick it up and they never started it. They made us pay TWICE, and gave me the WRONG pizza. Incompetent service. Go elsewhere.

Never disappointed with Hillside Shop pick up or delivery always done right Thank you Hillside

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times over the course of 6 years. I always order my pizza with extra sauce, but this location always skimps out on the sauce. It’s been a consistent issue every time I’ve ordered from here. Other locations give me plenty of sauce on my pizza not sure why this one is different.

Guy that answered the phone was really slow didn’t know what he was doing and wasted 10 minutes taking my order just to tell me that I was to far away to deliver

Usually great, last time I ordered a chicken pizza and received no chicken on my order. Pretty disappointing.

Love this location so much, my favorite! Everything from the quick preparation, my orders, the food itself and the kind employees and delivery drivers I've had (Cody/Joe) are all nothing but exceptional every single time! Very much appreciated!

Always hot and fresh. I’ve used this location for many years and have never gotten a bad or wrong order.

Didn't get my food and when I called to cancel my order they canceled my order and couldn't get my refund for says screw dominoes and the one on hillside in amarillo

Went in to order 3 topping carry out as advertised online and place order online and I'm sitting outside building and the online app doesn't work out tells me they will not accept that unless I go online and do it I show and explain to him if you're not working yes well I guess it's going to be 1698 for you then. He didn't give one about whether or not a customer is happy or not. I walked out without pizza that night it's a good thing Papa Murphy's is right across the street. Acted like corporate problem

Consistent and quality food. Many options allow everyone to get the kind of pizza they want! Recommended!

Jeremiah has exemplary stupendous time management when he delivered my food. 10/10, super fast getting my food to me, it’s like I pulled it out of the oven myself it was still hot

Google keeps asking I've reviewed more than once. Did not corelate with corporate offers rather told me to place order online regardless I s standing there with phone in hand showing the web was down.

Sharon was my delivery driver. She was so professional and went above and beyond to find the back door of my work to deliver pizza to. Excellent hot amazing pizza! Go dominos!

Their online order system is very lacking. I've ordered, waited 30 minutes, driven to the restaurant, and had to wait for them to prepare my order. With that being said their pizza is still good.

Always made with excellent care and service very much appreciated and will return soon…. Y’all are the best
