Ordered their combo deal and it took 2 hours for them to deliver my food smh pizza barley any sauce or toppings on them my cinnamon twist were over cook only thing right about my order was the garlic knots and the coke will not be ordering from there again Gentry pwky come on do better or shutdown to many bad reviews and poorly made food

Only complaint I could have is that I eat to much but I'll just have to live with that

It’s always something with this place. I ordered 8pc buffalo wings and they drizzled the buffalo sauce very thin and when I took it back they looked at me crazy.you can ALWAYS Smell buffalo.not here they told me to just shake the box lol there’s nothing in there to coat the wings LOST BUSINESS

I preordered at 8am for delivery at 8am to be delivered at 11am and it was 50 minutes late and luke warm. Thank goodness for a great boss cause if not this wouldve been a big issue for me

I quit ordering delivery after waiting over an hour. Order had been in quality check for 45 mins. Called the store and they said it would be 2 more hours.
Extremely short staffed and employees are not personable at all.

Worst domino's EVER. Complete waste of money. Pizza is poorly made, old and cold. Barely cut. The delivery driver was rude, even as I was handing him a 40% tip! Should've checked the pizza and told him to keep it! On vacation too!

If I could leave no stars I definitely would. The Dominos on gentry has a woman staff member by the name of Lupa who is rude and very unprofessional. My order was completely wrong when I called to have it corrected she stated she would have it remade and send it back out. I waited two hours honestly out of courtesy of short staffing. I called back to check on the order and she was rude said she was close and to call back tomorrow. I called multiple times after that and she continued to pick up the phone and drop the line. She needs to be fired because it is staff members like her that makes the entire business look bad.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ordered 3 pizzas and one pasta.all the pizzas were dried out and old.the pasta was burnt to the pan.

This location is slow and inconsiderate waited inside for ten minutes to even be acknowledged I placed my pick up order a hour before I showed and it wasn’t even ready yet this was last time I gave them a chance and they burnt the hell out of my pizza

Made our order online from the hotel and 30 min later recieved a phone call and was told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours before they could deliver. Therefore we opted to go pick it up ourselves and was still charged delivery fee not to mention the tip we prepaid for. The pizza was cold as was all the sides and the service at the window was poor to say the least.

$47 for a large extravaganza dry and way overcooked with very minimal toppings. Medium cheese pizza also dry, overcooked with very minimal cheese and sauce. 2 house salads that were ok. Won't be back.big waste of almost $50 bucks

Half off on pizzas means you get half the toppings. I'd rather pay full price and get the full toppings. Other than that the pizza is good

If I could leave no stars I would. We ordered our pizza at 7: 36 it didn’t get here until 11: 32 the “quality check” was at 8: 23 so it sat for 3 hours before being delivered. When it finally arrived the box was dented into the pizza like someone had sat on it. During all this we called the Beckham location which the manager Allen had successfully re placed our order and delivered it within 45 minutes. I get places are short staffed but

Ordered from them at 8: 39 and the wait time on the site was 15-25 minutes. After paying the email said 55-70 minutes! I tracked it and at 8: 50 says it was being quality checked. I finally had to just go and get it myself as it has been sitting on the shelf getting cold for over 40 minutes. On the way out saw delivery drivers just hanging out behind behind the store. It's not a matter of a shortage of drivers it's lazy workers period. Will use Pizza Hut from now on!

Since we live outside the "delivery" area, we order and drive to pick up our order. Our favorite is Cheesy Bread with Spinach and Feta. However, the last batch was lacking something. It had two pieces of spinach and no seasoning. And peeking thru the drive-thru window it could use a good cleaning!

First time to order from this store. Service was pretty good. They forgot our extra dipping sauce that I paid extra for and we lived way too far to go back

Took little long but was hot and fresh and the young man was great, my mind was on to many things and didn't tip him enough, i feel bad i will tip him better next time
