June 1,2023,10PM ordered 1 large cheese pizza one large pepperoni pizza carry out pulled up doors were locked The girl who worked that shift. Told me to get in line drive through with 7+ cars by the time I get to the window and get my already ready pizza it’s cold. They said if I wanted a REMAKE course I would have to wait in line again. I suggest you put on your app that after the sun goes down you have to wait in the drive-through so there’s no point of carry out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AFTER HOURS!

Takes about an hour to get your food even though its ready and carryout. Wont acknowledge customer at cash register or pick up window

Don't order pizza from this location. Pizza had no cheese and hardly any sauce nothing but bread. It was horrible I made a complaint and nothing was done no refund or new pizza to replace my order.

Placed online delivery and sent the wrong pizza and I called and waited 20 minutes on hold till I was helped and they said they would fix it. 3 hours waiting and my lost my appetite and was left super hungry. Very unhappy and unsatisfied.

Horrible male manager, Horrible employees, horrible service, horrible pizza. Never EVER on time, promised refunds never honored. $40 worth of food, NEVER DELIVERED! This place is ALWAYS AWFUL. No more chances, completely done with Domino's

Second time they say food delivered but it's not here put me on hold twice to hang up phone and not answer all I want is my money back never order from this store worst service ever. Went to store because they hung up on me 5 different times. Lobby is closed 2hrs early with 5 people inside. Never order from this Dominos evidently their management has no clue how to do there job

Ordered a large pizza with half all pepperoni extra pepperoni. Pizza had no pepperoni. When I call they said they were going to send the correct order. Pizza was never delivered. My order was $43. Very disappointed when I did not receive the correct Pizza. Order #96 May 6th.

This is THE WORST Dominos I have ever come across! The quality of the food is beneath poor. Delivery is horrible. Management is horrible. I had 2 separate horrible experiences. The first one I ordered over $90 worth of pizzas for my employees. When I got them the boxes had sweated and were smashed so all the toppings stuck to it. Then when you bit into them the dough was not fully cooked. I called to report it and was told I could not get a refund, had to send pictures (which I did) or bring the pizzas in and only 3 of the 9 pizzas could be replaced. Not to mention of the 9 one was missing in the original delivery to begin with and was included in the 3 replacements. THEN my second time ordering again for my employees I get the pizzas and one is missing the 3 toppings I was charged for. I also asked for the 3 replacements from the last mishap and those were not delivered AGAIN! I called again and spoke with a Janell who said she was the GM and would send out the 3 missing along with the 1 that was missing the toppings. The call was made at 1pm. I got an alert saying my pizzas were delivered went to check with my front desk and nothing was there! I called and they didn’t know what happened or where the driver Rudy was. I was told wait again. It was then 4: 30pm and no one or the pizzas ever showed up. I called and was offered only a partial refund which is BS seeing how much I had already dealt with TWICE. That all took place on 5/14/23 and 5/21/23. The refund was supposed to show up in 3-4 business days from 5/21 and as of today 5/31/23 no refund has shown up. I followed up on it with Janell on 5/26/23 and still nothing. Horrible, horrible, service!

This has got to be the laziest, rudest, unorganized, Domino's I've ever used. Definitely a management problem, or even a franchisee problem.

They took 2 hours to deliver and then when I called to complain, acted like I was the one in the wrong. Couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone where my food was at or if I would get my money back and then they refused to refund after making me wait 2 hours

Seriously guys do not order from this place if you don't want to have headaches Placed my order online and I was tracking them and they said it was delivered and never got to my house do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

OK first of all, I most definitely cannot leave a star for this location But unfortunately, you have to leave at least one star in order to post, but don’t let that fool you I would not give a Star at all. My order was supposed to be car side delivery. After waiting for 20 minutes no one came outside. I went to the door and got shushed away. How professional. Anyways, after finally receiving my order after waiting for about an hour not only was my food obviously not fresh and hot anymore I also had some things missing and added ingredients that I didn’t ask for. When you call the store to talk to someone about your messed up order you first get transferred to customer service in the Philippines, which is very hard to understand and then when they finally do transfer you to the store that you were inquiring about their phone supposedly keeps on hanging up, so I had to call about eight times to get someone on the phone and listen to my complaint. Vivian was the one that answered and had a hard time, comprehending what I am trying to tell her until she eventually refunded my missing items and messed up food items. Poor customer service, and I will definitely never return to this store ever again.

Don’t order here! This dominos is horrible and a waste of time! I ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni and payed extra for phili cheese steak toppings. I checked the pizza before leaving and saw it was just pepperoni and no phili cheese steak toppings, I took the pizza back in to show them but the guy turned me away saying the steak was under the cheese…. Doubtfully I took the pizza all the way home and lord and behold there was no phili cheese steak under the cheese. On top of everything the wings I also ordered, they just poorly drizzled the bbq sauce. I tried calling the store about the issue but no one answered after 10mins of being put on hold. They remade my food but this all could of been avoided from the beginning. I Waited 45 mins in my car for the new food. There was like 6 people there and only two were working. I’m not one that likes confrontation and found this a very uncomfortable and time consuming experience…

Deliver will take over an hour even if your just down the street. They make sure to stop the clock before that 2 min mark for a free pizza when ordering curbside but will take FOREVER to come out and bring your food and even worse when you pull up to window, no one ever comes, you almost always will have to just get off and go inside. So annoying. I’m giving up on this location altogether.

The driver had blocked the drive thru with his car so I had to get off & knock on the door a few times. There were guys in there talking & ignoring my knock but a young girl came to the door, took my CC, & handed me my order. To have to stand at the door like that was unprofessional. Pizza was good though.

Ordered here twice and should’ve learned the first time. The lack of customer service and attention to detail is insane. The first time I ordered carry out. When I got there I was second in line and stood there at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. When the first person got done the guy helped someone that came after me. It was only understandable because they guy had stood beside me so I didn’t say anything. Then the guy tried to help someone else standing behind me when I audibly said “are you serious” and he nervously laughed and said sorry. I finally got the food and when we sat down to eat the pizza wasn’t close to being cut all the way through. What was cut looked like it was done by a child. No two pieces were the same size.

The second time we ordered delivery. It was in quality check for over 30 minutes. We decided to just go get it ourselves. When we got there more than an hour before closing the doors were locked and the employees just looked and went back to doing nothing. We called and told them the name for the order multiple times and when they finally opened the door we had to tell them again. This order was cut but one pizza had a completely different sause and they both had random toppings. We also still had to pay the delivery fee and tip.

I don't understand how this location is still operating. Night shift is a joke. Took an hour and a half to get a small pizza. (I still tipped)
Pizza was ice cold by the time it showed up and it wasn't even cut. I called 3 times, 1st time they said a manager would be right with me. I waited 10 minutes. They never came. The 2nd time they tried to act like they couldn't hear me. 3rd time they put the phone down on the counter and walked away. So I went up to the store. Tried to get a refund and talk to a manager. I was calm but irritated. Who wouldn't be? After wasting time going back and forth (you could hear them laughing in the back) the girl came back one last time and slammed the drive thru window shut. No help, no refund. How do you run a business like this? How do you let it be ran this way? Terrible.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Called in to talk to a manager because they said our delivery driver decided to cancel our order without telling us. While we were waiting for a Manger, they hung up on us. Forcing us to have to call back again. It would have taking us over an hour and half to get our food from a store that is 8 minutes away.
