Domino's Pizza, Seguin TX

Got order wrong twice in the same night. Went bk to get the order they forgot to send with delivery and they gave me the wrong item a 2nd time. So I waited over 10 to 15 mins so they could make my order. Ridiculous. Not the first time they got order wrong but it's seguin and there isn't many other choices. The person who made the order was very sweet and polite tho.

Food here at this Domino's has gone down. No longer worth the time. How sad and I liked their pizza.

We always come back to domino’s for great pizza. Dominos has the best pizza ordering and delivery tracking app. It tracks previous orders and send notifications throughout the progress. The drivers are always polite. All around best service over other local pizza places.

My order was wrong but they were polite inside and hustled to get it right. 10-06-2022.7: 00pm.

The pizza was ok. The staff wasn't very communicative. I tried to be upbeat and polite.

Pizza was fresh service quick, but was not given no dipping sauces for my bread sticks (i paid for one extra) and pizza had hardly any sauce.

Always hot, fresh, and tasty! Becareful if you pay inside the store. The skinny guy cashier rounds up your order to the nearest dollar without asking. It may be just a few cents but would add up for him if he does that all day.

Ordered a subsandwich very little meat. And bun was burned. Then charged 875. Never again

This place is the Best! Great staff, everytime I go in I get greeted with a smile and pizza is delicious.

There food is usually good. They only made one mistake in about 7 orders we've gotten there

We ordered a pizza and a pasta and we got the wrong order. We called in and spike with the manager here in Seguin and all she could say was sorry and that she would call the driver do that he could bring our order to us.
When driver came to drop if the original order it was cold now as The driver drove all over Seguin to drop other orders off. We asked for a refund and they kept putting us on hold. This was a terrible experience with personal at this location.

The employee was very busy but had everything under control. He was friendly and quick to make my order.
The thin pizza was perfectly done and the spinach cheese bread was fabulous.

Dominoes is my favorite pizza chain. Ive actually been to the old domines farms in Michigan many years ago! Whether u are on the lam of wanting to fill the fam dominoes is a good choice!

Terribly experience! I was charged for my order via CC. A wrong order was delivered to our home. My order was delivered to another address. The driver eventually brings our order, and it visible that the food was tempered with! And the driver expected us to keep the food! ‍️ The driver also wanted the food he delivered the first time and take it to the appropriate address. Which we gladly gave to him. And with hopes that the customers turns that order away. As it had been sitting in our home for over an hour.
I call to receive credit back on my card. The person on the other line did not know the processes credit back. ‍️
What a mess.
Oh well let’s see how Marcos pizza delivers.

This location doesn't honor the carryout "brought to your car in 2 minutes or less or you get a FREE pizza" that they advertise. In fact they stopped the timer inside the store before bringing the pizza to my car. Zero integrity and false advertising.

My order was wrong. Pizza was great. I didn't get my marble brownie cookie. I did however get 2 things I didn't order. I'm assuming 1 was my freebie for ordering online. The other was just missed placed with my order. Doesn't do any good to call and complain though.

Domino’s usually delivers my Pizza in a timely manner. I have had only 1 incident out of the 3x I have ordered using the app and online. I am in a smaller town these days. Seguin to be exact! And the crew does well with my food! I have even won a free pizza! The drivers are nice. Be sure to tip them! Also did you advertising companies are stalking my emails. Well my security features told me! I need my billions ‍️
