Domino's Pizza, Pasadena TX

Okay well this could have been 5 stars but they wanted almost $20 for a supposed specialty pizza (a Supreme) And on top of everything else they say it'll be ready in 15-20 minutes for pick up and takes 37 minutes.pizza hut next time.

Has gotten really good lately make my order like I ordered it not stingy not undercooked I’m happy to keep getting my pizza from Domino’s. The pan pizza is better than Pizza Hut

It was horrible. My pizza was not only missing one of three toppings; but was also terribly undercooked. I let the managers know and never even got a response. I'll never visit this location again, and probably lay off dominos entirely because of the experience

I literally always have issues with this location I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and support my local businesses but in this case I’m tired of this dominoes and the people they hire They canceled my order tonight without notice not even a phone call to explain they had no delivery drivers he yelled at me to let him speak when I was explaining nobody called me to let me know I would not be getting food for myself and my children they’re rude my food always burn or something is wrong and they do nothing to accommodate their mistakes So far the most horrible location in Pasadena Texas

Even give it a one star if I didn't have to it was the worst time I had ever had been at a restaurant there was a rudest people they don't know how to cook their pizzas and I'm not going back again

I this is the second experience with this store first time they gave my food to the house next door and i left a special message and i called up there and asked the guy that answered the phone and he said uggggggg no the guy did not red the message i aked why thats ur job and he only said i dont know and tonight i orded at 8: 56 and i just got my order that gave my food to a strange person did not even ask for a name i go pick up i will never get deliver again i asked if the kid. That answered the phone was stoned and the women laughed at me

Poor very poor service. Team member had a attitude and would not even try to understand how i was ordering my pizza. I walked out.

You can't even place an order online lmao, and good luck if they even answer the phone. If you want delivery I advise is better for you just to go get it because they taking at least 1 1/2 hours. Also if it rains well they can't deliver because rain. Don't matter if it's just sprinkling they ain't going till it stops. I mean when I say I hate this store.

I order my pizza it took 2 hours for then to deliver my pizza, when I finally received my pizza it wasn't cooked, the pizza was doughy and it looked old and seem like it was setting for an hour or so. If I could give them 0 stars i would love to.

I've always ordered my pizza from Dominos but this location has been the worst. They took over an hour and a half to deliver my order. The pizza was very cold my drink wasn't even cold anymore. When I called to complain the manager was rude and demanded I bring the pizza back. When I asked why would I do that if my order was delivered. The whole purpose of having your food delivered is to not have to leave your home. All the manager said was he couldn't help me. Never ordered from here again.

Placed an order at 9: 24 p.m. But the tracker has been saying "checking for perfection" for the past 20 minutes. It is now 10: 42 p.m. And I've called 14 times all times waiting at least 8 minutesto hang up and no answer from anyone. Did y'all just scam me for my money or something?

My last order, before today was awful. The pizza was burnt, they delivered my food in two deliveries, even after I had called ahead. I complained and was offered a free pizza. And so, I used it today with another pizza purchase, and let me tell you what? This time my delivery was more than excellent. The pizza looked yum, smelled yum, & even though they forgot my dipping sauce. WHO cares because that was the yummiest pizza I've ever eaten. Full of sauce and cheese and veggies cooked to a nice brown buttered color.way to go dominoes. That's how you make a pizza.

Terrible service. Delivery driver was rude and it took over an hour and this was today Monday. How could you be busy on a Monday?

The driver Aron was extremely dissrespectful, he could not find our address and instead of calling he left us waiting for an hour, only after calling the manager to see what was going on did he call, when i asked why he did not call the first time he hung up on me, i confronted him at the leasing office and asked why he hung up, he threw the pizza boxes across the hood of his vehicle and yelled at me, i called his manager and reported him, i strongly advise to avoid this location.

Pizza and food is great, but I swear they’ve only ever got one person actually in store when we go, and I guess they don’t have any way of telling if people are up front because we’ve waited 10 minutes at a time without service when the order says ready for pickup.
