I just received my order for the feta spinach cheese bread and the jalapeño pineapple chicken. Let me tell you it was more than upsetting. Ive never had a problem wirh this location, but today! First, the items came out looking not only nothing like the picture, they were actually terribly made and burnt. Second, I called the location to ask what happened, and they not only were cold and rude, but they said that their GM was the one who made the order, and that it was made to their store's standards. He offered to make it again if I bought it back, but I said what is the point since it would just be made the same way again. They refused to give me a refund, even if I returned the product, and they refusedto be shown the puctures that I took. Like - seriously!? What kind of business is it where you don't even have to try, you treat the customers like they're bothering you, and you get the cold shoulder? I just want my money back. I even pre-tipped $5. I'm not about oaying for something, then having the burden on me to reconcile. Meanwhile, this store still earned money and did a terrible job.

My experience has been disappointing, more than an hour in delivering my pizza, my order 7: 36pm incomplete, call, they said they would replace it in less than 30 minutes.it's 10: 26 pm it still doesn't arrive?

Horrible customer service i tried to order twice here at this location and they told me they were closed for delivery and carryout. The time was about 10pm each time. The management and the employees have attitudes like they don't want to work. Need much improvement and new mangers.

Just left Domino’s Pizza in Humble, on 1960 Rd. East store # 6810… Gotta shout out Mr. Jonathan, upon entering he always greets, welcome to Domino’s even when he’s super busy which is always. He has a smile on his face and order is correct. So 5 stars for him and his cleanliness.

I ordered a curbside pickup & clicked arrived. The timer started counting down, but was stopped a few seconds later. I noticed it said my order was completed, but no one had brought my food out. I called the store and I was left on hold. Then I ask the staff members why did they stop the timer & he looked at me. I told him that what he did was not correct. He became defensive and said thanks for telling him how to do his job. Well he was doing wrong and it’s he said he was the manager. I’m gonna find another location.

If you can get them to answer phone it might be ok I tried calling them over 40 minutes never answered this was in October it's crazy

After "YEARS" of patronizing the Domino's franchise, I can say with confidence that I will "NEVER" patronize this or "ANY" other Domino's franchise again, Nor will I recommend anyone to their stores!
To hang up in ones face is just as vial as spitting in ones face and "That's" what the manager "Alec" did when I called and "Righteously" complained about yet "Second" order in a row ordered from their store that spent yet another "30 Minutes" sitting on a rack getting cold waiting to be delivered! When asked. "When" can I expect my already chilling order, I was told another hour! And when I expressed my frustration with this situation I was told my order was canceled and promptly hung up on!

I would give a 0 start if there is an option. I received my order incomplete and cold try to get the rest of my order they had said 20 min and 2 hrs later still don't have anything.worst service honestly waist off time and money Domino's if you want to keep your clients need to pay attention to your employees

Was highly disappointed in the quality and they time it takes them to get your order ready, the 2 minute guarantee is a lie! They don't mark your order ready til you get on-site and when asked simple questions. Whike get the food prepared never once did I see anyone use gloves nor a face cover to protect the food they were getting ready. Once I asked for the manager, he stated he was the manager, "Smith", that's is a name would give me. Store #6810 needs some overhauling if that's the way you treat for customers!

I always say I'm Never gonna order from Domino's ever again. The moment I give them another chance it goes down hill. My order wasn't delivered correctly, Crust was hard, extra toppings where? My receipt says I was charged but, my pizza was old and warm. Just Horrible. Then I received an email for a free Pizza from my points. How is it free? I'm thinking I'm just gonna have to pay Delivery Fee. Yeah right! To my surprise, I have to add more items because they don't do Delivery unless the order is $12. So I okay I'll just go pick it up. To my surprise again; the Free 2 topping Pizza is only redeemable through Delivery. So at what point is this free? I'm just totally DONE! I'd rather go to Korner Slice or Little Ceasars

This has been my second time ordering from this location. Both times I’ve waited for over an hour to have my order delivered, and my food arrived cold. Based off of other reviews this is an ongoing problem with this location

Placed an online order. The status would not update for over an hour. Tried calling the store 4 times being put on hold for up to 15 min before just being hung up on. Finally got someone on the phone who was rude and asked what he wanted me to do about it and talked to me like I was stupid when I told him I just wanted to know when to expect the order. My first and last order with this dominos. It doesn’t take very long to answer a phone to provide an update.

We placed a carryout order for two HAND-TOSSED PIZZAS, however they messed up our order when we went to pickup our order. Then my mom asked if they could just deliver the pizza to our house bc we have somewhere important to be, they want to charge us for a delivery fee however they were the one who messed the order up. This guy in the picture was very rude he came with the worse attitude when we asked why are we getting charge for delivery. We told him to view the camera to see that he was giving us an attitude then he said they don’t have any cameras and that he was in the military so he has a stern attitude. My mom went on to asking him a question then he proceeded to tell her to shut up and he went on to talking to his coworker. For the rest of the time he was being very rude. He honestly needs to be fired because no matter how upset you are with a customer you never use your hand to tell them to shut up. I wish I could give a zero star rating! Y’all honestly lost a valuable customer!

App says "contactless delivery"
The delivery person knock the f out of the door until we opened it and she handed us the food, even though the app indicated us to "tip generously" what we did at check out.

If I could give a zero I would give below zero. I just tried to place an order with a coupon and they would not honor their coupon. Saying that corporate mails the coupons and if they can't see it on their computer then too bad pay full price. Won't be ordering from them again. I will go to Pizza Hut and get better pizza. Their loss not mine.

Don't order from this location. Online shows 38 min delivery time waited almost 2 hrs for pizza to show up cold and nobody at the store cared to hear about it because I guess they were too busy. Worst pizza I've ever ordered from a dominoes store. Won't ever use them again for sure

The staff was nice, but I was over charged by $3.00 on a lg pizza. On my medium pizza the sauce didn’t taste good, either. I have ordered from there before with no problems, but I don’t know if I will be going back there.

We normally have good service. This week was the exception. Two hours after ordering from the app, we finally received the delivery. The pizza was cold and inedible. I called the manager (for the second time) and was met with a curt response and indiffernce to the state of our dinner. We will not be ordering. You have lost a customer.

No one was wearing their mask while making food. The food took forever even tho I placed the order online first. They didn't seem to know what they were doin
