Domino's Pizza, Pinehurst TX

I ordered the pasta with alfredo sauce. What I received was the pasta with about 2 tablespoons of sauce so all of the pasta was dry, no sauce. When I called the store I was told that Domino’s had chosen that as the new recipe. They were told to only put a little bit of the sauce on the top. I didn’t order a bowl of noodles, and couldn’t eat it. If that was what I wanted, I would have boiled a box of noodles instead of paying $8.00 for some inedible dry noodles. The ingredients, like the chicken, onions and mushrooms were the same way, very little and just laying on top.

I contacted the home office but did not hear back.

Wish I could give it a zero. Had a Hotspot order last Sunday. It was not delivered. Had to call. Apparently it had been just sitting there. So finally it's delivered not in a hot bag or anything. Cold. Called the manager agreed to 4 free medium 3 top pizza next visit. Called to redeem.what do you know.no record of it. Refuses to put manager on phone & hangs up. NICE

Ordered 2 large two topping pizzas 2 stuffed cheesy breads and everything came hot and delicious. When Fernando and Jacob deliver, our food is always hot and gets here fast. They have great customer service.

We have ordered from this store for years. The pizza (and everything on the menu) has never been bad, nor has service been excessively untimely. In the past, it wasn't anything to brag about, but it was the best around.

BUT I have to say, this store has stepped their quality of food and their customer service up in the last few months to an exceptional level. Tonight, we placed an order for some pizza since we didn't feel like cooking after having our family dog of 11 years pass away.

We received a call about 20 minutes later that the store had somebody (what a complete a******!) threaten the staff's lives so they couldn't deliver at the moment. They asked if we would like to wait or cancel the order. We told them to stay safe, and just call us when everything was good after the police arrived. We got a call back a bit later, and had our pizza made and delivered.

The pizza arrived, and it was nice and hot. It did seem like the pizza shifted in the car a lot, and the toppings were not quite right. I had planned on sending an email in the morning letting them know that I'm glad their staff is safe, but my pizza was not quite up to par. I just received an email with an apology about the timeliness of my order along with points for our account. Never even had the chance to let them know I was a little disappointed.

This is not the first time I've had this store do similar things after excessive delivery times or other issues.

All I can say is great job guys, keep it up! My family and I really appreciate it!

I live between the Pinehurst location and the West Magnolia/1488 location.neither will deliver to my neighborhood.that really sux!

Great service, nice delivery drivers, contactless and yummy pizza without leaving your home! What more could you want

On 3/22/2021 at 8: 45 pm I Ordered 2 Supreme pizza's and they looked like pepperoni and cheese pizzas
they skimmed on the supreme ingredients the other one was worst lacking any of the ingredients that make it a supreme, I guess I ordered too late in the evening and they scrapped the left over ingredients from the containers as they were cleaning to close for the day, IDK, but I will never order from them ever again, sad thing I wasted over $40.00 on the pies and gave a generous tip to the driver of 22% as she had nothing to do with prepping the pies. Oh Well!

My go to place when I'm feeling hungry n don't nt to go out or cook, Domino's got you covered!

Manager was uninterested in customer service. He was the only party in the entire prep and cooking area that was wearing a mask.they miss cut my pizza even though I repeated five times that I wanted it pie cut instead of square cut. I'm not sure that I can trust this location to deliver what I want at any time

Dalon makes the best pizza! The wings were cooked to perfection! Fernando delivered to us super fast! Love this place.

App times vs actual delivery times are not even close. The app said the pizza was out for delivery at 904 PM. The delivery person called at 926 that she was leaving and needed to substitute drinks. The app said it hoped we were enjoying our food. But the delivery person finally arrived 34 minutes after her call — 10 PM. (10 min after the app said we should be enjoying our food). I asked the delivery driver who the manager on duty was to speak to about the delay, and the delivery driver said her name was “Little Girl. ” Yes I’m not making this up. When we were eating the cold pizza, I opened the lava cakes and one was smashed and served in the metal baking dish.

I ordered a medium deluxe pizza and received the wrong order tried calling them to get it corrected keep getting a recording call would not go through

This dominos does a terrible Job at following directions, I asked for double olives and they are only putting a tiny amount! I ask for light cheese and the think is completely covered. They don’t follow directions and it’s making me upset. I used to love this dominos and then they hired new people and it’s gone to hell. I’d respectfully ask that y’all learn to read the instructions that the customer sends you.

The slicing of the pizza is good, the baking part is good, but the toppings and other parts of making a pizza are flawed. Please read this review and make some changes, this is bad. Y’all have lost my business

I ordered a bacon pepperoni and when I got home with the order, it was a hamburger pepperoni. The label on the box even said bacon pepperoni. We had to go back to get the correct pizza.

First of all this is my first bad review I ever done. I had worked in the pizza industry as management, but never had I disrespected my customers by not washing my hands. The young lady who took my order the whole time I was waiting for my order she was on FaceTime and was passing her phone to the rest of the employees. Washing hands and all sanitation procedures are to avoid cross contamination and avoiding getting customers sick. I waited for 15 minutes for my one pizza, as I see the oven nothing else was coming out so I stood up and ask for my order. She then said we are remaking it. I requested a refund instead, I was not going to eat something where they can’t follow simple sanitation procedures.
