Domino's Pizza, Seabrook TX

This Domino’s has always been on time, seems like less than 10 minutes and they are at my door. The pizza is always hot & fresh and if there’s something wrong they fix it! This Domino’s rocks!

This establishment claims to be open until 1 am.not true.change your hours accordingly people!
It's called customer service, and without customers, you have NO business!

First off I want to say thank you to the lady that let us eat here during tuff times and with all the COVID restrictions still In play. We didn’t have our car to eat but she let us eat here in the restaurant so thank you and the food was amazing as well

I called because I’ve had my orders cancelled before because of one reason or another, when I called I was put on the phone with someone who was in training (don’t worry sweetly you were amazing!) and was then put on the phone with someone who told me I needed to slow down, was rude and kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak and I was told my second order would be cancelled. I was then put on the phone with Christy (I believe that was her name) she fixed everything and was super amazing. It’s just bad to hear, I can help this customer she doesn’t know what she needs (not from Christy!)

Awful, this store is absolutely filthy.they have rats and files and to top it off no one follows the heath protocols of sanitizing the counter every 2 hours so the pizza your eating was made on a table that probably hadn't been cleaned since the morning if even.the manager there is rude and doesn't know how to treat her staff or her customers, its so bad that even the employees will talk bad with the customers about her. I hope domino's corporate offices take a good look at this store because it's genuinely trash and the food that is made is below par.

I haven’t got the food yet. But I thought they would of canceled it. My diabetes is acting up and I’m still able to get food from them. Don’t know what would happen if I didn’t. Thank y’all so much

Not only did the delivery driver leave the wrong order at my door, when I called the store, the person who answered wouldn't even call the delivery driver to have him bring my order to me. I have to wait for him to return to the store, and then he can come bring my order to me, which will likely be cold. What a joke.

I like getting the sandwiches here. I don't realy care for their pizza. The employees have always been professional.

Order never seems to be 100% what we ordered. The food is above average but could be fresher and hotter.

The pizza had the greatest crust and just the correct amount of delightful, quality toppings.

Ordered a pizza Monday night for pick up. You get an email that tells you what time to pick it up. When I got there it was ready with no problems. I love the garlic on the crust. This is the only crust I will eat. The wings are alright. Good price but not very good if you reheat them.

The phone order was incredible, talked to a young girl and her customer service skills weren't only on point, she exeled! Her personality on the phone could have sold me a franchise! The delivery was on point during this pandemic and the delivery driver was so courteous and polite! This experience was a 28 on a 1 to 10 scale!

Kevin shift manager Very rude, made us wait 20 minutes, then came back saying he can’t take our orders we have to order through the app

Kevin the shift manager, Rude unprofessional highly careless poor customer service, Manager is an idol for the rest of his employees but everyone was nice but you.

Check your order these people constantly leave stuff off the order and will never give you your soda.
