Domino's Pizza, Livingston TX

Called to order delivery and was told 2 hour wait time. I asked the young lady that answered the phone what is her name? She ignored me. I asked again. She said I don't feel comfortable giving you my name? Really you work in the public and won't give your name? I didn't ask for her last name or SS# I just wanted her first name. I will be taking this to the Area General Manager see if he agrees with her lack of training. Owner needs some serious training at the Livingston Texas store. Previously no problems in the past with this food establishment. Previous calls I always was greeted with the name of the employee at Domino's.

This is the worst store to pace an order. They have a bunch kids running the store.
They do not listen or respect any of their deals and the manager Casey is disrespectful and has no care about the customer. She should be fired. I was also told to enjoy Pizza Hut lol.
I would like to force this complaint to corporate office.

This place is always great! The staff is always very helpful. It’s sad to see people like Patrick here who are too cheap to just order their pizza and go home. If you can’t afford to eat out, stay home please and let us who can afford it to continue to enjoy the wonderful service. Thank you dominos for what you do!

We ordered the large, 3 topping, for $7.99. WE didn't use the word "special" we we charged $16.00!
It's a special they KNOW ABOUT, IT POSTED IN THIER WINDOW FOR GOD'S SAKE!
WAS TOLD BY SEVERAL EMPLOYEES THE MANAGER TELLS THEM TO DO THIS!
IT'S DECEIVING AND FRAUDULENT TO THE CUSTOMER! IT'S A SCAM! I WILL TAKE THIS COMPLAINT TO ANOTHER LEVEL!

We got there around 8pm and they were very busy with call in orders but were very friendly and cooperative. We ordered the special 2 large, 2 toppings, 2 liter drink! It was 15 minutes and still hot as he'll when we got it home! The pizza was delicious.the crust superb.
They were very busy but gave us great service a d pizza!
We will be back next trip here!

I ordered pizza for my family. It took almost am hour n a half. Then they failed to tell me that they couldnt break 100. So my family didnt get it. I will never order from that place again. Shifty service

I find it pretty sad that Dominoes delivery driver has to park in a handicap parking spot to make a delivery at CVS pharmacy. Shame on you

I don't know what happen but Domino's refuses to deliver to the Polunsky Unit. When they go past the unit multiple times a day. Makes no sense to me.

With how busy and low staff they are, I don’t think they get enough credit with what they have to put up with. Just pure perfection.

There pizza is starting to taste a lot like there pizza like years ago, before the did there relaunch. Now the hand tossed pizza dough from there tastes like cardboard with a lot of garlic butter flavor.

When i order extra cheese i never get it i ordered 2 pizzas several times 1 with extra cheese one with out every time the same so sad extra cheese is yummy my family tells just stop ordering extra cheese

Horrible service literally every.single.time. I wish we had a actual good dominos in Livingston, with good service. Also every time my order is messed up, I work in food too so I always give them a break but it’s literally every time now it’s ridiculous. How can you deny a costumer hours before you close because your driver “doesn’t feel like it”, get off the drugs oh my.

Love the thin crust but the deep dish crust needs some work. And the 2 for 5.99 deal. Besides pizza hut delivery radius sucks

We've had bad experiences ordering many pizzas (very light on the sauce, idk why) but I got a extra sauce, thin crust and it was amazing really fast on point thanks y'all beautiful store too btw

It's a pizza place what can I say the order came out on time and it was pretty decent. Stop there to grab barbeque wings
