Domino's Pizza, Conroe TX

Order (4-pizzas and wings) was supposed to be delivered to my car by 6: 35 pm, waited till 7: 00 pm and went inside and the lady tells me she is sorry but they are busy, when I was watching from my car that was not the case, The 2-minutes guarantee is a complete joke. Horrible service!

SHANON IS VERY RUDE! AND RACIST SHE PUT BAR B QUE SAUCE ON MY CINNAMON STICKS PURPOSELY! SHE UNDERCOOKED MY WINGS AND ALSO MY PIZZA! I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS AND I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS. ALSO NO FACE MASK WHILE PREPARING FOOD NO GLOCES NO HAND WASH EITHER

I ordered 2 large speciality pizzas to be ready at 12: 45. I arrived 20 minutes early because I miscalculated the distance and how fast traffic was flowing. They pushed my order to get it out and ready to me within 10 minutes of walking in. They went above and beyond helping me and Scott was great about reassuring me that it was no problem at all.

Pizza came out good! It took a while for anyone to greet me at front despite 6-10 employees seeing me. Only person who really seemed on top of it was a younger girl with a long black braid. She had to be the one to tell someone to take care of me finally. They apologized regarding wait and appreciate the patience so I didn’t know any stars for that! Unfortunately after waiting though, they still forgot the sides I paid for. Just read the receipt a little better, I hate that this has been the 4th time at this location where they forgotten the paid sauces.

This location is hands down, the BEST LOCATION EVER! I consistently drive farther than I should to order from this one because the other one closer to me is not as good. My order is always prepared faster than the timeline given and someone is always at the counter to retrieve it for me quickly and with a smile. The food, is always prepared better looking than the pictures and really what more can you ask for.it’s PERFECT! Today I got 2 stuffed cheese breads, one jalapeño and a regular, yumm yumm yummmy!

Love the pizza at this location. Way better than the dominos in Huntsville. I drive down here for pizza when craving some quality pizza.

Pizza Review:
The pizza dough is thin about 1/4 of an inch and slowly harden as you open it. It gets hard after 15-20 mins. I used to work for Domino’s Pizza. The thin dough maybe made from a small size dough to save costs. The 14” Brooklyn Style pizza is made from a small or medium size dough.

They are low quality doughs compare to 401 Rochelle Rd, Irving, TX 75062 and 2350 N Belt Line Rd STE 150 Irving, TX 75062. Those stores use better quality dough and they’re soft.

Estimated pick-up time 18 mins. Done in 15 mins.

The leftover pizza taste like Little Caesar’s cardboard pizza. ┻━┻︵╰ (‵′) ╯︵┻━┻

Toppings were barely there.basically cheese pizza instead of our 3 topping. Currently on the phone waiting to speak with someone about it to see if they can fix it.taking so long that we decided to review instead. (Never reached someone the first time to order and had to do so through the app.so I’m amazed their in business.)

These guys have terrible customer service. They never pick up their phones. I was on hold for 20 mins waiting for someone to take my order before I hung up. This was an hour and a half before closing. I went to the store to place my order and the said they weren’t doing and they told us their phones were back up and they were only doing delivery and to call to place an order. They still didn’t pick up and just looked at us through the window. The guy comes back out and says they’re closed before 12 and that they had shut down the oven a whole half an hour before closing. Worst dominoes I’ve ever been to. Super lazy workers

Says they deliver til 1: 00 a.m. So I placed an order at 12: 10 a.m. It took my order but TWENTY MINUTES later he called and said he had no driver and couldn’t bring it. I asked for a refund and he hung up on me. I tried to call back and my call was totally ignored. A few weeks ago I tried to go pick up my order right before 10: 00 p.m. And they refused to allow me to come in and get it. So the inside closes at 10: 00 p.m. But delivery is available til 1: 00 a.m, but truthfully, neither of those are true? I honestly can’t believe he hung up on me. Always seems to be something with this location. There have been two times the driver, “couldn’t find my house” in a neighborhood, but didn’t call because she is hard of hearing and can’t make calls, so she just took the pizza back to the store and no one ever told me what was going on until I called inquiring. Idk if it’s a management issue or what, but it’s ridiculous.

I’ve been ordering from Crust Pizza lately, but boy the cook that made my pizza tonight did a most perfect job! It was wayy better than Crust. Delivery gal Carla was a sweetheart too. Best pizza!

This was my first time ordering online but when I figured it out it went smoothly. Scott delivered, followed instructions perfectly. Pizzas were hot and correctly made. Will definitely be ordering again.

Total bummer I placed an order online sat in prep status for a half hour I called in two different times waited over 15 minutes and no one answered this location is dysfunctional.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called and was on hold for 5 straight minutes while driving there so I had my brother call and then had my girlfriend call a few minutes later. They answered my girlfriend who was the LAST to call. And the total time on hold was 20 minutes as we were driving there. After pulling up the didn’t even have anyone in store. This is by far the worst dominos experience I have ever had. I’m still sitting in front of the store with the phone call still on hold for 25 minutes. Subpar costumer service. Answering the phone is the bare minimum for business.

I have ordered pizza from this location several times and only had one order that wasn't correct. They quickly corrected the mistake and gave me a discount. Pizza is always hot and ready when I arrive.

The employees here are not friendly, or at least that's what the frown on thier faces say. They are not prompt. I was ignored in the lobby just now with no recognition of me being in the business. The one at the register was busy on the phone taking an order, so I guess none of the other 10 employees couldn't help or even acknowledge me. Most unprofessional to say the least.
