Domino's Pizza, Joshua TX

Update: Annnd another 5 stars. Jill made my food perfect and even put extra mushrooms on the side because I always add them. Food was piping hot, delicious and fast. Mars my delivery driver was exceptionally pleasant and bubbly. Great job guys! My favorite Domino's.

James is the Pizza DUDE. I asked for no oregano and since the first one had it he remade it and sent Leon to bring me both. Now that's customer service. Above and beyond guys. I appreciate you.

Best Dominos I have eaten in my years in DFW. Consistently great. Staff always spot on. I stopped eating Domino's years ago after having to pick the grass off my pizza. It fell out of the box while the driver was probably play World Of Warcraft during that whole craze and simply put it back in the box. I drove the grounded pizza to the Dominos when it originated and the manager was too busy to see me. I did eat Domino's from time to time whilst at others houses but as I said the Joshua Dominoes is amazing.

I’ve been ordering here for years. The pizza is delicious, every delivery driver is so great! We got Carolyn today, she was amazing!

Timely and friendly, however they must not thoroughly read the orders on line. We always order "extra sauce", I'm not sure they fully understand what that means. So make make sure you call and tell them. We ordered 4 pizzas with extra sauce on 3.didn't happen.

Your delivery driver, Leon, is borderline incompetent. He’s delivered many times to my house and not once has he followed the delivery instructions.

I'm being generous with two stars. Tried to order pizza for delivery. Online order said delivery wasn't available. Since when? Showed up for curbside pick up. Store looks like it's either closing or remodeling inside? Not very nice. Got order through the opposite window I instructed to be done at. Got home pizza was cold and had the wrong type crust than what I ordered. Yet there's that crazy thing where they want you to add a tip! Less service but wanting tip. Here's your tip. Try to give better service for what we're paying now

Speedy delivery! Nice and hot and looked beautiful! Our driver billy is a amazing driver! Has such a sweet kind soul! Definitely will order again soon!

Service was fine however, Domino’s quality has slipped greatly.
Skimping on ingredients was the problem with Domino’s many years ago. Up until recently this location has been very good.
Wondering what is changing.
Prices aren’t going down.

Order a few pizzas about once a week/ every 2 weeks to get delivered. Called today they said they don’t deliver to my address. I explained that I get deliveries often so they put me on hold and I wait ten minutes and it disconnected.

The place is good. The only downside is, And they are busy expect to be shorted on toppings. But other than that the quality seems to be pretty good.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The manager on duty was as rude as anybody I've ever encountered and had no desire to do what was right for the customer.

You need to lower your prices on your pizzas so we're going to CiCi's Pizza and you need somebody who can speak English better. Cuz I could barely understand her 50 some odd dollars for three pizzas and a dessert way way overpriced I know those issues going on still but really that's called price gouging shame on you guys

Ordered a barbecue pizza when it arrived looks like it fell on floor some didn’t even cheese on slice call to the talk to the girl in charge she did not apologize all she said was to bring the pizza back an I’ll make you another so I want back to store an then she didn’t even want to talk too me I had to request to talk to her she gave me her back an said I can call her manager an walk away very disappointed with her service

Called in the order it took 45 minutes. I waited and waited in the lobby to pick it up, the young man in training was not very attentive. He had to be told what to do every step. I understand being a new employee, but somebody should be helping him. Bad experience today

We like the pan pizza and the little parmesan bread sticks. I prefer this company because they have good customer service.

If i could give them negative stars i would i ordered food for my family its a friday night understandable if they are slow, but ordered the food at around 700 it is now 844 tried calling to get an understanding on whats going on cause its been on quality check for the last hour, they put us on hold and then pick up and instantly hangup then we call back to receive a very rude women telling us to just come pick it up if we are in that much of a hurry, to which i reply i have already payed them with a tip on the order not going to go pick it up when i already paid for a service very dissapointed and will probably never use dominos again thanks

I think this location prepares a better Pizza than the location in Burleson. So if you're able to order from Joshua I think you'll get a better Pizza. Extravaganza was really good!

I order delivery from this store all the time, and I can’t sing their praises loud enough. Food is always hot when it arrives, tastes great every time, the drivers are always professional and courteous, and it usually arrives sooner than the ETA. Cant go wrong with this location!
