Domino's Pizza, Leander TX

Great customer service! The staff is very friendly. We been coming to this store for 5 plus years now and there has never been issue with the orders. I accidentally ordered hand toasted 5 toppings pizza which I tonight was large pizza order but hand toasted pizza only comes in medium size and manager made large pizza again for us and also gave us the medium pizza for free.www love this store!

Update below for degraded service: Very fast and friendly service. They acknowledge a issue with my order proactively, corrected the issue, and provided compensation for the additional wait time. Very professional and the food is hot and fresh. Ty so much Dominos:)

Update as of 04/25/2023.
Service has gone down in quality with employee attitude becoming short and snippy when asking for common sense things. Domino pushes their wings, sandwiches and now their new tots which is great unless you order more than one or two.

When you order for a family and receive 6 plus boxes and get a very negative attitude when asking for the simple common sense request for so many boxes, like a bag, it makes the entire transaction regrettable and provide a poor customer experience.

I can understand it if they didn't have a bag on hand that could fit the boxes but they have bags specifically for these boxes that can stack them up 3 at a time to easily carry multiple boxes. Why make the customer drive home with 6 boxes rolling around in the backseat?

Is it a cost thing? Then charge for the bags don't get snippy when a customer asks for a bag.

As a long term customer, I regret that I now will consider no longer doing business with this location due to this employee.

One other note is when I attempted to leave this feedback with domino's site on my order, for some reason only the first question was able to be answered as the rest of the questions including the Feedback box was gray. Maybe it was the browser but it's very suspicious after this negative interaction.

Let’s just start off by giving William a big round of applause for his courteous over the phone customer service! I’d also like to thank the Dominos team for serving me a delicious thin crust pizza, which I received via a coupon that I got from my apartment complex! The establishment was clean and my order was prepared right on time! I definitely recommend this location!

Been here quite often, always satisfaction. Even if something goes wrong with your order they handle it, Or refund. Just have to justify why your order is messed up. Always amazing quality! Thankyou my guys! And gals! Amazing job

This team hustles! They work hard. The pizza is consistent. Cameron is one of the friendliest guys I’ve met at any restaurant! Lucky to live close to this Dominos.

Ordered for pickup on Sunday evening. Went to pickup after 30 min, and was told it will take 5 more min, after which they said sorry we haven’t started the order and it will take few more min when the order status showed as complete. Finally got it in 45 min, and they had messed up the customization request. They don’t wear gloves or hairnet, seem unhygienic, overwhelmed and understaffed. Won’t order from here again.

I’ve always had a great experience here. The staff is extremely nice. Each time I’ve gone, I’ve had the same guy help me (don’t have his name) but he is so friendly with such a great attitude.

Super fast delivery. It took longer for me to decide what the wife and kids wanted then for the order to arrive at my doorstep.

We always order from Dominos and this store never disappoints. We especially want to recognize Cameron. This guy has such a great attitude and is always smiling. You need more guys like him working. Thanks for a great experience as always!

Consistently bad pizza from this store. Some times it’s soggy or thick dough or too much oil.

DO NOT waste your money here. Not worth it.

Ordered a thin crust pizza and found a piece of blonde hair Inside. I pulled it out and kept eating, and once I found another short blonde hair, I was pretty grossed out so through out the rest of my 40dollar order. Kinda disappointed.

I order here often for pickup. I’ve always had a positive experience with the staff and the pizza.

I had a order that came out wrong due to miscommunication with the call center but I was helped by the manager Brock and he was very helpful and took care of it with ease great customer service.
