Domino's Pizza, Amarillo TX

Ordered online late before closing. Pizza was still done nicely. After a long day dealing with funerals and family, it was nice to just gather around a good pizza and laugh for the first time all day.

They have been very attentive, kind and at times they have even helped me make a better purchase

OMGosh! I just had THE BEST pizza ever from any dominos ever. The order was accurate and on time. The pizza was hot and the young man who delivered was exceptionally nice. I’m not sure exactly what they did different to the pizza. Like the crust had some kind of seasoning on it that really set it off. Word of advice… give the young people some words of encouragement. They’re doing a wonderful job!

Very friendly staff as usual! A great selection as you know it from the chain and the price-performance ratio is also okay here! The pizza tasted great as always, only mine had a little bit of sauce, which made the pizza a bit dry.

Let me tell you about these kids here! So kind, so helpful and just watching them work makes me so proud that we still have great kids in Amarillo! Keep

I ordered a pizza waited over an hour for the pizza, called to ask about my pizza the person who answered the phone, said my phone number notaccurate. They send my pizza back. The driver arrives and start speaking to my 13 year old daughter about the order as if she’s an adult! By the time I reach the door, my daughter already shut the door! The driver claim that some man answer my phone when only me and my daughters live here the pizza is cold as well as the garlic knots were somewhat hard. We didn’t receive garlic butter! I called the manager to complain. The manager seemed nonchalant, then repeat my phone number to me.that is an accurate number so in that moment, I found out the driver dialed the wrong number. I definitely will not be ordering from Domino’s ever again. If the pizza isn’t cold, the order is messed up or they forget something.

Ordered three pizzas and two salads for a family birthday party. They got our order out pretty quick.

16 piece wings and a large pizza $47 come on Domino's I like your pizza but $50 for pizza and wings for two people, never again.

Pizza came a little late, but delicious! Customer service at store was helpful in letting me know pizza on its way and the only available driver for a Saturday at lunch time was courteous. Wish I could have paid a bigger tip but fees are a bit much.

Update: changing my review to 1 star because I just checked my account and thought my bill was 38.00 I was charged about 15.00 for extra fees. I don't understand how you charge a delivery fee and not give that to the driver doing the delivery. I feel bad for the drivers. Cause I'm not paying extra. If you charge me a delivery fee that must be for the driver.

Positive: only gave 3 stars because they deliver it themselves and don't leave it up to the overly pri ed grubhub. Also because their prices are still less than other delivery pizza places.
Negative: the new tator tots are not as crisp as they advertised. Only the outside edges are crispy. It's still a fried potato. And with toppings there's no way it can stay crispy. Years ago (aprox 15) when they made a come back by reinventing their menu and pizza topping quality they were great. Then over the years they have seriously sucked again. They are skimping on toppings to put more money in the general managers pocket. Its just sad. In the end you get what you pay for.

I honestly believe the dudes were high as hell. They had no idea where my apartment was, even though it was specifically given to them on the address. They took back my order, then said that if we wanted it, it’d be another 20-30mins before we got it back. Never ordering dominos again cause this was the stupidest thing I’ve ever encountered.

Keep going back. I must like it. The pan sausage and mushroom was good and the extravanza regular crust. Use the 6.99 coupon! It made it about 20.00 for a specialty and a pan!

Twice now i have selected extra pineapple on my pizza and this is what was put. Being as it is my favorite part of the pizza and costs extra this makes me very sad. Otherwise always great experience with this store. Delivery driver even gave my dog a few pats and we were all happy

Food is always fresh and nice workers. I always order food from here i always get delivered to my apartment. I love this location
