Domino's Pizza, Horizon City TX

Ordered a cheese, get these. Ask for a remake and was called a liar because she bagged the order and claims she’s positive of what she bagged. Asked for a refund and the GM said he needed the entire pizza for a refund, so since my child ate a slice of her cheese pizza they refused to refund me. Mind you I ordered the pizza at 5: 50pm and was going back and forth with them until 7: 54p. Not to mention they wanted to take this pizza from inside my home into their restaurant, talk about poor food handling. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We’ve never had a abad experience. I prefer Grimaldis but since we don’t have one in horizon this spots not bad.

A tip is never something to be asked for. My sub came over good, probably because I agreed to give a tip. Who knows how it would’ve come if I didn’t. No customer should ever be pressured to tip.

Amazing! I got the mix 2 match 2 because it's the best deal on the menu! Got the pasta and Buffalo sandwich! Well made and great portions as always!

The only domino's in my area. Usually not bad but today I guess my delivery guy miguel was not having a good day. I paid for a medium.

We ordered delivery with low expectations. However, this Domino's really stepped up. Our whole order was delicious! It arrived hot, and the delivery person was very pleasant. We ordered 3 different pastas in bread bowls and parmesan bread bites! They were thoughtful & provided forks (2 should have been 3 tho) and napkins. For a big chain pizza place that isn't always consistent in their quality.this particular location blew it outta the water. We were pleasantly surprised & definitely enjoyed our meal. We will order from this location again for sure! Thanks Domino's!

Never received my order call and said it was delivered. They never delivered my order to my house.

It's the closest location to my house, and I have the option to either have my food delivered or picked up, although the online delivery option hasn't been working for me lately for some reason.
I usually choose the Alfredo pasta with mushrooms and spinach, but it would be nice to have other options than just 2. My food is always hot when I pick it up, and they have never gotten my order wrong, which I appreciate.

I didn't like it because at a certain time there is no carry out anymore and they have to take it to you in order to charge you more treachery and advantage.

This dominos is a shame to the others, they complain to deliver, make me wait 20 minutes for pizza that was said to be out at certain time and now they burnt my pizza what next if I chose to go here again.

Placed order online and was given a deli every time of 35 to 45 min called after 20 min to check the status of my order and the person that answered was very rude said they had a wait time of 4 hours, I asked to check my order since he hadn’t even asked for my name or order number. I gave him the order number and he said the wait time is still 4 hours it was 9 pm which means I wouldn’t get my order until after midnight. I told him I couldn’t wait on a Monday night that late he said your order has been cancel and hung up. No customer service skills whatsoever.
