Domino's Pizza, Round Rock TX

This store at Gattis is the best. Pizza is great every time. Only a few every lil oops when the ex cheese and sauce slide to the side. But was fixed faster then a rabbit running with a burr under his tail.

Worst dominoes pizza I ever have received. Literally what did you do to this to make it look this bad? Worst thing is that I called the store and the manager said since we took a slice from one pizza that they can't remake that pizza because " if it looked good enough to eat it then I don't have to remake it". Like I ate the one decent looking slice because at the end of the day we were starving and pizza is pizza.but for what we paid for this big order it didn't deserve to be like this and just expected us to not say anything. They said they had to come get it and " inspect" it. I'm not honestly someone who likes to complain, but this is unacceptable. We opted to have it remade (the pizza that we didn't take a slice from) but he said it's would take 45-50 minutes. We agreed. A minute later we decided to just call back and ask for a refund, we didn't want to wait. The manager was more pleasant this time and offered us a refund for the entire pizza order and they would leave this pizza here. So that's the only reason I gave it two stars.

Domino's pizza sucks. Obviously people have not experienced good tasting pizza, sorry.

Good location, I eat here more than I should because it's consistent and good. They get busy when you expect it to, can't blame them for 200 people ordering pizza at once. Always decent pizza and crew. I get a lot more than what I would expect for $12, that's for sure.

Employees are more concerned with socializing than actually doing their jobs. It appears they all enjoy going to work since they are all having a huge party.

I don't know the guys name but he has dreads and lightish brown on the ends. He always notices me when I come in, I always always get the pan pizza with extra cheddar cheese, and some ranch, when I tell. You it never ever fails it really doesn't, but that guy and the manager that always works there, they always make sure everything is right, gives plates and everything. They are the best people that work there. The store is always clean, very fast paced too, the best domino's with the best team working.

Horrible customer service I ordered my food before I went to my scheduled lunch when I was at my job I have only about a 45 minute lunch. I scheduled my food to be delivered 20 minutes before I went to lunch and ordered it and instead of somebody calling me to verify the delivery site, my food was headed off to somebody else who wasn’t me they claimed my food. I called the store back and informed the person at the store. That I did not receive my food the person at the store claimed that they can have my food ready and delivered within 10 minutes. I spent my whole lunch, waiting on my food that the first time was never delivered and second time still hasn’t shown up. I gave the gentleman over the phone at the store is exact location of my job never again will I be ordering from the store very unsatisfied

2019 - Good location. Have always been on time and correct!

Update to 2023, they’re still on point but dominos has changed a lot of the coupons or specials they used to offer

I’ve been to a lot of dominoes but this location is by far the best. Not only are they crazy quick in getting your orders out but most importantly their customer services is awesome. Everyone there is very nice especially Cody. He really cares about his customers and it’s shows.

When you walk into the store you're promptly and cheerfully greeted! Very clean establishment!

The pizza we ordered was fresh. Other employees behind the counter greeted as I came in. Cashier was ok. Was surprised that cheese and red peppers are no longer free.

Always get our deliveries from this Dominos. They have been spot on everytime! They will continue to be our go-to pizza place!

2/5/2023 This was a last minute choice because my husband was just hungry and wanted something that he could just pick up on the way home. After I put in the order online at 6: 15pm, it said it would be done between 6: 47-6: 57pm- not a problem as we were on the way back home anyways. We get there around 6: 38pm, my husband goes inside the store to check and see if my name is on the screen (which it is) and there are people piling in waiting for their order. Meanwhile some older gentleman (according to my husband) was angry about a cancelation order that the store made without his knowledge due to a lack of topping he then stormed out after the staff provided a horrible offer of putting a new order in but that it would take a while since there was already a long queue.

It was about 7am when my husband finally got his order but, this is where I draw the line. I'm ok with the pizza being a little late, it's a busy night. But what I'm NOT ok with is when you rip me off by telling my husband while handing the pizza over that there were no more toppings he wanted and do nothing about it. I understand you run out of toppings but, isn't that the store's responsibility to inform the customers BEFORE even making the pizza? They had almost an hour to let us know that they did not have the topping we wanted. But they did nothing. I waited in the car, with two crying infants just for this particular Domino's to mess up not just my order but others too. How's that ok?

I use to love ordering from Domino's but ever since the coupons have changed we've really stopped going because toppings cost too much. I would like it if anyone would consider proper training for the staff in communication and customer service because they had none tonight. (at this particular store)

Pizza is good enough to avoid a 1 star review. This location needs to utilize 3rd party delivery like Doordash or Ubereats because their own drivers can't keep up and their wait times are unreasonably long as a result. As other reviewers have mentioned, average delivery windows have been in the 1.5-2hr range in the evening and often goes way over estimation. Last order went over estimated delivery by almost an hour and when you track, it showed "quality check" happening over a half hour before the pizza arrived meaning the food was not all that quality anymore by the time it arrived. Tasted and felt like it had been out of the oven for awhile. Bummed because we like Domino's more than most but this location isn't keeping up with demand enough to keep my business anymore and I've told the wife we are done since I can't find Domino's on other food delivery apps that could help with their delivery shortcomings which is their primary and unresolved issue.

We moved to Pflugerville and still go to THIS Domino's! The food is always hot and the staff is always friendly!
