Domino's Pizza, Amarillo TX

Wow! We have been so disappointed with dominos in general but this location is by far the best we have had during our travels. Will definitely use this location as our pass through for New Mexico. Thank you for being prompt and good.

Staff was great here, stopped by to get some pizza and team was efficient and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great pizza!

We ordered over the phone and when the pizza was delivered it was late and the driver did apologize that was ok then we notice a weird smell from the pizza and we went to eat it the smell of old rotten meat was coming off the pizza we called and the manger said ok and he was rude and argued that there was snitbing wrong and then finally a crash 1 was sent out but they wanted the whole pizza back which is fine we had thrown 2 pieces away and we went to get the pizza out the trash they refused to give us the fresh 1 she spoke with her boss on the phone in Spanish so we couldn't understand what was said and she walked off so now we are out of the money and pizza never again and we were also insulted by the driver because we don't live in the up scale neighborhood

Ordered online as contactless delivery because I am very sick, the driver did not call or knock or ring the door bell. Left my pizza sitting outside so it was covered in Ants! I called back and Erick answered the phone and said he was the manager he was very rude and was making it seem like I was lying stating he could get me a new one in an hour and that he will make sure someone “hands” it so me, I stated I was very sick and did not want to put his driver at risk and he did not care. Kept stating they will hand it to me. Terrible service and terrible experience if I could move I would have never ordered online.

Pure laziness, I paid you to deliver to my location not to the front of a truck stop. Your to lazy to do your jobs. Such a disgrace.

Horrible customer service. The management was rude and disrespectful. I politely asked for his name or higher management and he said he was the manager. He said he doesn't have to tell me his name and that if that's all I wanted to do was complain or order. Of course after being treated this way I will not be giving yall my business any longer. I have never been treated so rude like this in any business.

We placed a late night online order for two large pizzas and a couple of drinks. To the one who prepped the pizza (think it was Jason), great job! The pizzas were delicious, hot, and loaded with toppings. We were happy campers for sure! To the delivery driver, thank you as well. Very polite and got to our destination in good time. Overall, our experience with this location is a 5 stars. Thank you!

Not sure if it was the call center or the location.but after trying to use the app which wouldn't work I called to place was greeted by a barely English-speaking person. Order was not placed I was hung up on. Called back finally got my order placed them not only did t the call center not put in address but my order was wrong!

Ordered cheesy bread with feta and spinach, a 5 cheese dip with knots and a pizza. Before I opened the dip I thought it was empty, and when I did open it, it pretty much was. It was burnt on the bottom and absolutely disgusting. The pizza barely had any cheese and was on its way to being burnt. The only decent thing was the cheesy bread and knots. I’ve never had an issue with this location until today, but it will be a VERY long while before I order from here again.

Horrible customer service. Delivery got mixed up on their end I get it things happen but I call back and I get an attitude from a mouth breathing guy. Doesn’t give me a chance to ask what the situation was just kept repeating to call another store. Terrible service

This place was amazing, the staff were super kind and friendly and the food was perfect! Will definitely be coming back! Keep up the great work!

Poor customer service. Waited for over 30 minutes on a delivery after it had said it was out for delivery and nothing. Called and was told that someone was on they’re way already, waited another 10 minutes and nothing. Called to cancel order since it had already been close to an hour of waiting for just the delivery time even though I live 5 min away. Next time I should choose carry-out instead of helping the delivery guys make a good tip.

I placed an order online, and when I got my items, I was missing 1 pizza and cheesy bread. I have never had an issue with this location until now. When I called back on my order, the guy I spoke with told me it's my fault because I ordered online, and they never checked the orders when they went out. Completely rude, didn't care, acted like he gave no f@&*s. I asked to talk with the manager, who was very helpful and replaced my missing items. Very disappointed on their customer service skills. If you don’t like you job, find one that you like.
