Domino's Pizza, Forest Hill TX

Cancelled my order 3 different times, no explanation, try calling, no answer. Not enough time to find somewhere else to order, so I get to eat no pizza tonight, nice.

Absolutely trash, ordered food for it to get "lost" and once again I give it a last try and they canceled my order last minute. CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!

This store should go out of business! Trash customer service! Takes 4 hours to get food and its the same story of why it takes so long, EVERYTIME! To top it off, I was hung up on when canceling my order! Dominoes will never get anymore of my money!

Tell me why I placed an order online and paid via the site with a code, yet when I get to said location, the rude male (thick round glasses, didn’t catch his name tag on him) tells me that location isn’t validating the code and asks me to choose one of the pizzas from my order only. Mind you, the 5 pizzas were already cooked and boxed! Mind blowing. I’m definitely putting in a complaint and hoping the manager or owner see this and fix it before others experience what I did.

How do they even deserve a star this place is terribe I ordered for delivery and they marked it as delivered i am unable to leave home due to a medical condition and they didnt deiver my order and on to of that ive waited over 30 minutes they dont answer the phones worst place ever terrible service

I'm not a domino's fan so my review honestly is probably not fair to the restaurant. Was just an emergency in need of food situation.

Pizza had no flavor the pizza sauce was the worse ever, never dominoes again so disappointed, I ate 1 peace of large sausages & mushroom pizza & threw away the rest, Terrible

How can you be open till midnight but cancel orders? Also when it said delivery was 15-20 min?

Took almost 3 hours to get order. On a Tuesday and they don’t answer the phone so you can’t cancel your order. Ended up getting something else and then the driver shows up

Anyone know the owners name and number I’m sure they would like to know just how one of their employees treats customers. The Sailor mouth Sally they have working there is going to run all the customers away. She yells at people for no reason and throws fits.she cussed out customers including me and other employees and stormed off left everyone embarrassed and not knowing what to do. It’s a shame really for the owners to lose business because of an out of control employee.

The delivery was great! Driver was very nice!:) the pizza quality is trash for 100+ dollars worth of pizza man (hit or miss these days with pizza places) you could try them, it's Saturday maybe they were swamped or something. 5 stars to the delivery driver Corey!

I had the worst experience with the store manager on forest hill my order was incorrect and I explained that to the manager and she hung up in my face because I was loud she said she didn’t have to listen to my complaint… I went to the store to get a refund and she did not want to help me she went to the back and sent an employee who couldn't help me because he never did a refund she then called the police on me because I asked for a receipt and her name she told me she didn't have to get me her name and I needed to apply for a job to know their policy!

Horrible. My business partner and I are in town for work. We are staying in a hotel less than 3 miles away and it’s been over an hour and our meal still hasn't arrive.according to the app, it still hasn’t left the store. We didn’t order a lot so I’m not sure what the hold up is, but this is crazy. I’m tracking the progress, through the app, and I can understand the entire process taking over an hour, but to take over an hour and not leave the store? I placed our order at 7: 01 pm, it’s currently 8: 29 pm and our food still isn’t here. Unacceptable.

Took forever to get my food delivered got to the place and still had to wait 15 min to get it

So I've tried numerous times to order pizza and have it delivered to work for everyone. Delivery never works for some reason. Its only about a mile in a half away. They will cancel your order once its made, and no you don't get your money back right away. Takes up to three days. They should not offer delivery if it is not an option.

I ordered a pizza tonight, and although the food was up to par, the service was questionable. The pizza was timely and at the last moment I asked for a ranch and was told the price and paid for it. My change was handed to me in the same hand as the ranch and it was allowed to hit the ground. While I looked out the window at the change that hit the ground, the person went back and closed the window and went about their business like nothing had happened after he saw the change hit the ground. That threw me for a loop and was unnecessary.

They will not answer the phone.

They will cancel your order.

This place is a complete joke, and if I knew how to report this to corporate I would, absolutely f$&#^&g ridiculous.

I just placed a order for pinpoint delivery and within a few minutes I get a call we don't have any drivers tonight and told me that I have got to come and pick it up I am in a truck where do you want me to park it at if you offer a service make sure that you can do the service that is what managers are for so don't tell someone that you yes we delivery and not do if it was a truck you wouldn't be in business very long

Yesterday I ordered a specialty pizza and a pepperoni pizza to be delivered. I got a cheese and spinach pizza instead of pepperoni. I did a survey to get points for free pizza. Points weren’t added. Ordered the pepperoni again today with breadsticks for my daughter. Pizza had no marinara sauce at all. Just cheese and pepperoni and my breadsticks were white not even a little browned. I do t need and points of free offers. Never trying dominos again.

Been almost 3 hours and still haven’t received my order. Keep calling to cancel and get my refund and I haven’t been able to speak to anyone for more then 2 hours.
