Domino's Pizza, Katy TX

I ordered a pizza it took over a hour and the delivery driver left 35 minutes before he arrived to home. I literally live less than 2 miles away. Unfortunately I don’t want a pizza that’s been sitting in a car for 35 minutes.

I work in a restaurant so I just thought it was weird when I walk in and nobody says hello and I’m just looking around at the oven right in front of the register and the guy with the pins on his hat looks at me and just keeps talking to his buddies idk if he was the manager but he came up to me didn’t even say hello just asked what I want and I just responded to him with saying Hello so I can give him an hint to greet your customers maybe they’ll come back again. Anyway the food is always really good at least for me, and there was another younger guy that came to check up on me he was probably the other manager that switched out with him but he really came to check up on me asked me what my name is and told me it’s about to come out because he saw me waiting since the pin hat guy didn’t tell me when it’ll be done. Anyway yea nothing personal just greet your customers bro that was rude I just got out my 12 hour shift

Won't deliver even though less than 2 miles from home. Picked up my pizzas and one was missing the sauce. All of them were not sliced all of the way through. Rushed and sloppy work.

There is a reason this place has 3 stars.pizza was cold and took hour and half.don’t eat here

I ordered 1 cheese pizza and it was bad, I had never tasted such a bad pizza, little sauce, little cheese, it was a bit raw and they also left 3 fingers on the edge, these were folded and on one side thin and on the other side the edge it was thick

The driver left without giving me any time to come to the door then when I called
The store the manager a guy who said he will have them redeliver the same pizza that was taken back to the store I don’t know what the driver done do the pizza or how long it was in the bag. I told them would prefer a fresh pizza and the manager stated that the pizza is carried in a warm bag mind you the pizza is already not fresh when I get it how I know is because i always order from them. I been wanting to give them a review on the pizzas and how they aren’t fresh but I let them make it because the kids be hungry they don’t have to ever worry about me ordering from them again. Pizza was extra greasy, very very skimpy on the meat. When I called to speak with a manager, Dakota came to the line so nonchalant and of course he remembered that ONE pizza of many and educated me on exactly why it was so greasy not much of why it had such a small amount of pepperoni and sausage. This is definitely my 1st and last trip there. Really wished I'd have just gone to Little Cesar's or some other pizza place. Such a waste!

If I could give them zero stars I would. We order a pizza at 9: 25pm and they were taking way to long with our pizza so we called dominos by 11: 00pm. And they never answer the phone so I walked outside and saw that they left the pizza outside. They never rang the bell or even knocked on my door. We did not order contactless! And even if we did they should knock or ring the bell. When I grabbed the pizza we noticed it was cold and since we were waiting so long we were all hungry so my wife and son grabbed a slice and bit it, my wife then said let’s put it in the oven when we opened the box to throw it in the oven we notice very tiny little ants all over the pizza that we couldn’t see before they bit it. If my wife and son gets sick it’s a lawsuit. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Don’t buy from them I don’t recommend it.

Love the chicken pineapple jalapeños dish with Mango Habenaro sauce. However, I don't order it much because they always refuse to add onions because it is not in "recipe". They should mimic Burger King.have it your way! For the same reason we stopped ordering pizza.

Bad location, ordered vegetables pizza got the wrong order called the store, the staff was rude and Nast.

THEY MESSED UP MY 3 PIZZA ORDER TWICE. HOW. AND ALL 3 PIZZAS WERE WRONG. READ THE ORDER PEOPLE. IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD OR A -1

I ordered online and had someone pick up my order. They did NOT give them the 2 (2 liters coke and Fanta) I ordered. I have been on the phone for 1 hour and 30 minutes and no one is answering. I will go over tomorrow to get the drinks I paid for and NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN.

Nice staff and good pizza. Only problem is they never cut the pizza all the way through the crust so when you go to get a slice it rips and shreds so you have to get a knife and cut it yourself. Either sharpen your pizza cutter or grow a pair and put your hip into it.

If I could give a 0 that’s what it should be. I ordered last month and got the wrong pizza. I called and spoke with a manager and was told they would give me a free one next order. So I call tonight to get it and phone goes to customer service finally after calling twice I get transferred to store let phone ring at least 30 times they finally answer and of course there’s no credit on my phone number account and the manager lady I spoke with didn’t care, wish I would have got her name. I didn’t order even though I was going to get more than the free one. Terrible customer service! Will not order there again! Looks like they get a lot of bad reviews.

We ordered a pizza online. They don’t deliver even though we live 4.6 miles away (along with 1000 other new homes). They messed the order up and we didn’t notice till we got home. My wife called and spoke to the manager, a female. Who apologized and took my wife’s name and phone number and issued a credit. We tried to use that last week, they had never heard of us and wouldn’t honor it. Called us liars. Many other places to get overpriced average pizza.

This location never seems to disappoint! Our pizza is always on our door step 15-20 min, super hot and super fresh!

Don’t understand how a pizza place that is less than 10 min away can have a pizza be 30 min late.

The pizza is delicious and wonderful service! One of the employees even ordered to walk it to the car and opened the door for me! Thank you!
