Domino's Pizza, Lake Jackson TX

Always take over 30 minutes. Never cut the pizza. Burn the pizza half the time. Employees park in the pick up spots. Place needs to be ran better or shutdown no Inbetween.

I placed a order 45 mins ahead of time, I told them to have a it ready at a certain time and, it wasn’t ready makin me late for my daughter’s party very disappointed in this place

Good we had garlic chicken and Hawaiian pizza, they where both really good and the staff was very friendly.

Very clean place, employees are very friendly, always helping me with my online order. Always like to go to this place better than the others' dominos.

Plenty of space for dine in. Maintained nicely and staff were friendly, and had a good time.

If you order online maybe it's good but when you order in person and decide to wait inside they will not call your order and not cut the pizza correctly so that all the slices are extra large for no reason and have you waiting there for an unreasonably extra 30 minutes or so, good luck going here for your pizza

They didn’t let me order inside but let someone else order and walk inside as soon as I went to go pick it up. I tried to walk in but the door was locked 9 and they told me to order online smh

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. This franchise. Condones physical and verbal violence against their elderly employees. They are the worst they don't wash their hands they don't serve the food at proper temperatures and they don't care if your orders are wrong and all they do is cuss and scream and holler.

We are out here fishing at 2004 boat ramp and orderd pizza to hotspot that had no sauce on one and barley any on another. And someone put googly eyes on one box’s the manager on shift basically called us a liar where we gonna get goggly eyes fishing

I find Dominos foods to be average for fast food. It's the usual "sometimes it's good and other times I wonder why I ordered" pizza store. However, in the past few months I have noticed increased discrepancies in promotional offers and coupons, and most recently a changed final total charged the next day to my card. I recommend paying cash to alleviate surprise charges.

Went to pick my pizza up and watched a young lady pull the bin from underneath the pizza making tray, and pull ingredients that didn't make it on the pizza, and put them Back in the original bin, to use for the next pizza.

Foods always good, delivery times are good but the reason why I'm leaving the 2 star review is cause everytime I get the pizza I have to cut it myself because they can't properly cut the pizzas themselves it always just tears.

Typical good decent Domino's Pizza. Features: (1) 6 indoor tables for "dining in" after picking up your order; (2) small bench in front of the pickup area to sit while waiting; (3) four parking spots in front dedicated for pickup orders, with more parking around the back (usually for the delivery drivers) ; (4) friendly, but busy staff; (5) accurate & timely order processing, especially when using the app to track your pizza (but if some school or org places a huge order, expect an extra 20-30 minute delay). If you like Domino's Pizza, it's the only one in Lake Jackson and it does a great job.

If you want to know what it feels like to be invisible, order your pizza for pick up at this Dominoes. After my app said my pizza was ready, I stood there being ignored for 15 extra minutes and watched the mess behind the counter. When I got my order after jumping the line of people, my pizza was cold. Of course it was. Btw, this was a normal night, not a game night.

Lady was extremely rude, was really nice to her the whole time. The disrespect was unbearable so I hung up and called Pizza Hut instead.
