Domino's Pizza, Burnet TX

They were fast and friendly and even offered me a job said they need employees. My pizza and chicken pasta were really good

My order was not delivered & I was still charged.

The delivery driver never delivered my order, they returned to the store & checked my order as delivered. I got an email from domino's apologizing about the issue. And I just now realized I never got a refund.

Domino's used to be my go-to pizza place because I know it's made fresh but over the last year of ordering from now to quality and accuracy has dropped. Now anytime we order pizza I have to recut my pizzas when I get home if I pick up the order up in store 95% of the chance its not going to be the right order ever since they stop labeling the boxes. And anytime we order cinnamon twists they never put enough cinnamon on them so it just comes out just regular bread.

I am very disappointed with the Dominos crew. They used to make the food so well and lately it seems like they can’t even get simple orders right I mean look at my garlic bread bites they didn’t even put the butter on it. Lol.

I ordered food and didn't get all of of my food and then they wanted me to give them my security code for my card to get a refund for the food I didn't get when I told them no they said they would not give me a refund so they can steal money off my card

Decent place to have delivered. Most of the time the pizza is made fairly well. Delivery is usually prompt. Prices for what you get are about as absurd as everywhere else so I can't say you get what you pay for lol but the delivery drivers are pretty much always friendly. So when you can't cook or simply don't want to, it's not a horrible option.

I usually get food before my shift and today I went to dominoes for a change. I had my uniform on and the guy at the counter said “I know you don’t get this a lot, but thank you for your service” and it made my day! So 10/10

Orders are made quick and prompt. I've had more than 1 order not made correctly or arrive completely wrong, but they always offer a replacement right away or comp me for next time I order.

UPDATE** I was refunded and met with Joe? Who was super nice and made everything right with me. *********** THANK YOU On 7/8/23 I ordered 10 medium 1 toppings by phone with a person I thought would be 6.99 because if you order 2 or more that is the deal. I was instead charged full price and when I called Monday to speak to manager he told me they are actually trained NOT to offer the deal unless asked for. I was unaware you had to ask for it but now it's not about the money, they are trained not to help the customer in any way. Enough said, will never use them again 30$ overcharge may not seem like much to you but it was alot to me. Thanks Dominos

Honestly thought we lost JOE, JOE carries this location, joe deserves a raise, dominos honor your employee please this man deserve praise and a raise

Spectacular pizza. It’s hard to beat a dominoes thin crust pizza. These folks delivered it very fast and very hot. I would def call again

Pizza wasn't bad, if a bit pricey for a one-person lunch. Disturbingly, I didn't observe anyone washing their hands when coming inside the building or after handling the phone, cash and computer registers. Ick factor there!

Both the Burnet and the Marble Falls store always deliver great. Fresh and never have to wait. Great service

Really disappointed I ordered cheese loaded tots and 1 Large hand tossed Pizza and 1 Gluten free crust, all 3 are not cooked properly moreover all burnt, no taste at all I spent 35$ for this order, I don’t understand why my food was like this. My humble request to the store manager please do Triple check all food before giving it to customers …

Burnet Dominos doesn’t put neat enough sauce on there pizza. Pizza was dry and didn’t hardly have any sauce. I used to love Dominos but it’s time to give Pizza Hut a try.

Dominoes used to be my favorite, but this store makes lousy food. Soggy pizza crust, overly granulated stuff all over the crust that is off putting, and the skimpy toppings add to the disappointment. I wish someone would get back to the old Dominoes that was delicious.
