I ordered delivery waited for awhile order got canceled said I was called multiple times and wasn’t then told me I was basically lying I just wanted my pizza Delivery Trash In This Area

Horrible. No wonder the review is so low. We waited 30 minutes and then had to call them, they informed us that it’d be another 20 minutes until we got our pizza. We ordered from Cici’s instead as they had a better review and delivered our food in 15 minutes. This shop should be shut down.

I love the pizza and deals but my house is litteraly 1 min away and its taken more than 10 min to get my pizza

I HAD TO WAIT FREAKING THREE HOURS FOR MY ORDER AND IT GOT CANCLED BECAUSE IT WAS FREAKING 9 PM AND IT CLOSES AT 1 AM STUPID PLACE

Had I known I wouldn’t have order here nobody have on hair nets nor do they even have a common sense and courtesy, to put the hair up in a hair tie this is nasty. I thank God that there was no hair in my food.

When picking up my order there was only 1 person working! She was doing everything, the registry, cooking, etc. There was a wait time of 10mins for my order, give her all the props.

Ordered online, and didn't know that delivery wasn't available until they called to cancel after the order had been placed. Had to scramble to find other food for our kids while we were out, very frustrating. This will be the last time we order from Domino's.

Does corporate not realize the sheer volume of violations at this location?
These reviews are exceeding 2+ years! And this still continues!
It must be some kind of miracle that I was ever, in history, able to order here in the first place! No driver during the day!
But you don't find out until your order is placed, then they call you.
And they're apparently fearful of the dark but not if you have a house.
Everyone knows that strangers' houses are totally safe after dark. How could I forget. Silly me.
I definitely should make it a point to pick up an order soon though, if anything just to see how many health code violations I spot when I do.

I placed an order on the Domino's app at the 815 E Berry St, Fort Worth, TX 76110 location. I never got my order, I called the store to see what was taking so long because on the online tracker said my order was in quality check. I was told my order was already delivered yet the tracker was still saying my order was in quality check. I cant even report the issue because the tracker never indicated my order was delivered. I placed the order at 12: 43 pm the order said it entered quality check at 1: 41pm. Its now 2: 50 pm and the order is still in quality check on the online tracker, the lady I spoke to said she couldnt do anything about it until the general manager Dakota came in at 3: 30pm (called at 3: 30 and was told he didn't come in till 530pm) She also said the delivery driver Amanda had hand delivered the order to some one. Every single time I've ordered from this location either they cancel my order because delivery is unavailable or they get my order wrong and now this.

Pizza was delivered 2 hours after the expected time and when the pizza arrived it was the wrong order.

This is the absolute worst location in the area. The person answering the phone is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was given a credit because I placed an order online, paid for the order and at 9: 36 pm was called to notify my order was cancelled because they don’t have any drivers. I advised I could pick up my order and was told that was also unavailable since they stop pick up at 9pm. The caller apologized for the inconvenience and advised I would be given a credit and to call the store to utilize the credit for my order. I appreciated the effort to resolve this inconvenience. The following day which is today at 6: 30 pm I call and the person who answers the phone claims that he has no record of an order being placed from my phone number. I said that’s strange because it was my phone number the gentleman called last night to cancel my order and issue the credit. He said he didn’t know but there is no order history ever from an order on this number. I asked him if I should give him the details from the cancellation in my email and he said it didn’t matter because what he is telling me is there is no history so he can’t do nothing. I advised that the call center could see that my order was placed at the 815 Berry st location so I’m confused why he doesn’t see it and he responded with they can’t tell you that cause that’s a store thing…whatever that was supposed to mean. Anyway, This is not the first time I have had issues with this specific location as I order very big orders often since I have a house full but it will definitely be the last time because I will NEVER spend another penny in that raggedy ghetto establishment. This store is trash and so are the people working in there. I will take my coins and the rest of the neighborhood to the location at the other end of Berry because atleast they have good customer service skills and have basic knowledge on how to communicate with the public that keeps them employed. Save yourself the time, your money and the disappointment. Go to the location by Fiesta on Miller and Berry. They got their stuff together.

Horrible customer service Manager will not be quiet and let me explain to him what happened and hung up the phone on me the store should be closed permanently

This store has had some issues in recent years but I just had the ideal Dominos experience. On a Friday night I placed my order in the app, and 20 minutes later I had hot pizza delivered from a friendly driver. Great improvement!

Our thin crust pizza was burnt not just on the edges but on the cheese side it was burnt and hard

Horrible Customer Service. Bubbles in all three pizzas, hardly no cheese. They refused to remake them. I will never order Dominoes again, Hello Pizza Hut

I don't understand how a new dominoes never has drivers for deliveries & on top of that they tell you they cant take your order that it will be an hr, Honestly just close this place down already.

I have tried to order multiple times the past 6 months and they NEVER have a delivery driver available so I my order always gets canceled, they do politely offer for me to pick up, but doesn’t make up for the lack of delivery

Hair in our pizza, pizza was ICE cold. Store refused refund and called me a liar. Tried to complain and customer service said "The managers handle complaints. About themselves. "
This place has 2 stars for a reason.
The majority of these reviews complain about cold pizza and poor service, PLEASE listen to them. Let's stop paying these people to treat us like dirt. Please go to somewhere else.
