Domino's Pizza, Grand Prairie TX

Pizza was bad, they made their pizza different here than other Dominoes locations. The pizza also looks different than other Dominoes. Also the dining room is closed.

I order and explained over and over again all I had was a 50 dollar bill told him to bring change for a $50 I didn't have anything ellgggsr a pizza from here and told him I had a $50 bill I spent $30 in pizza order he only I let them know over and over again that all I had was a $50 bill the delivery driver shows up and he tells me he can't take a $50 bill holding my hot pizza in front of me he goes goes back to the car and caused his boss and they won't take a $50 bill now I was telling them on the phone that I had only a and you only to

Did an online order to pickup. The order was correct and made right. Excellent service when picking up item.

The credit card machine was not working again, information had to be loaded manually into the system.

10/20/2023 grand prairie resident for 30 years. I've been ordering from this domino's for years and besides the half trying cutting its been almost above decent quality.the past few months have been stright trash. The pizza's have huge bubbles with very little toppings. The cheese bread is way over cooked and the posta feels old. Im a dedicated domino's customer and i feel as though we might have to start going to another pizza place locally. The management isn't doing a good job at all. From top to bottom

Never fails! Placed the order online and when i show up to pick up the order i sign in I'm here. They stop the timer and read it's on the way and no one comes out!
If this location is not capable of curbside pick why offer it!

Woke up to my bank account being -$6 cause the delivery driver tipped himself. Don't let these drivers walk off without letting you sign off on the receipt they will tip themselves. Leaving the review as the store isn't opened yet to file a complaint.

Ordered wings and they didn’t even put the sauce on there at all it’s annoying when u order something and it’s not even made right. Not supposed to be drizzled

Badly made and cut pizza, charred bacon and huge parts of missing cheese and did not receive my sauces! Do not recommend! Bad services all round said my order was ready it wasn’t! Had to wait an extra 10 minutes while other walk-in’s where done first! Might drop dominos altogether because of their shoty crews! There’s a better one on carrier near this shoty place if you want dominos!

Love it here the staff is so friendly, one time i had a pizza that was a little over cooked in some spots and they gladly remade it.out of all the local dominos this one is my favorite.love me some alfredo pizza.

Called this location and got the answering service they use when it's a really busy day for them and when I got there they had many orders before mine. Long story short. I walked in to pay as my food was not made ready yet but waited the alloted timeframe I was given, paid for the pizza and they jumped my pizza up from last to 1st, talk abt great customer service. The wait was only 15mins like the guy said it would be. My babies love dominos, we'll def be ordering from this location when I'm in the area.

So I ordered online the online tracker said it was delivered gave it about 20 minutes still no pizza called the store talk to a KID who did not know the manager name or who he works under.the kid told me my order just left the store.when I ask why does the tracker say it have been delivered he said it alway does that when got my food it was cold called the store to get a refund. No one at the store knew how to do a refund. Whoever owns this domino’s can you please bring back Krystal Mora I believe to be her name she was the best management they had in a long time. Until then Mr. Jim’s pizza here we come

Ordered online. They let me know when it was in the oven but not when everything was done. No worries though. I love and go out of my way for their lava cakes. 3 come in an order. I always get 2 orders. Left offers are just as good. And this time I got their little garlic bread balls. So so good also. Didn't even need the garlic sauce I got. Excellent

I Always order from here never disappointed with my order. Today they were busy and they made a mistake on one of my pizzas. Dakota fixed the pizza without a problem. I know the food industry is very stressful but this guy was cool and didn't trip. Thanks again bro.

These guys are the greatest! Pizzas are always delicious and made to perfection and their service is fantastic!

Absolutely horrible! My order was supposed to be ready by 6: 22pm. Showed up at 6: 20 and walked out the store at 6: 48pm. Ridiculous!
