Domino's Pizza, San Antonio TX

A few weeks ago, I went to pick up a pizza on a weekday about 30 minutes from closing, the gentleman working was extremely nice and made one of the best dominos pizza’s my wife and I ever had. Because of this we will be back for sure.

The pizza was ok but one of girls who prepares the pizza there has very looooooooong nails which doesn’t seem hygienic to me.

Called order in, was ready when I walk-in with an employee helping me as soon as I opened the door

I placed an order and wasn't properly made or accurate. There was too much pepperoni, no spinach or chicken just beef, onion, and green pepper. Am displeased with my order.

Ok, Domino's Pizza, the quality here is really taken a step back. I am not totally of the bandwagon, but I am definitely leaning thay way. I decided to give my local location another go as despite everything, their stuffed cheese bread rarely disappoints, so I went to try their new pepperoni stuffed cheese bread options. Well, suffice to say that even this failed expectations as their was very skimpy on the pepperoni. I would have been better going with the feta and spinach as at least their is spinach in that option. Again, I should know what to expect, but even the new options disappoint. It maybe awhile before a return trip unless nostalgia kicks in again.

This place has gotten much better, used to be horrible customer service. Cody the manager is the real deal, much better than previous managers I've dealt with at this location. Thank you Cody for turning a bad situation into a good one.

Great pizza but the ap and wedsite says pick up only but when you call the store they say we do delivery? !? ! Update your ap and website!

Long Story lol
I have lived in the area for a very very long time (my kids started in the local Elementary and graduated from Brennan long time I tell you lol) anyway and I bought Dominos from the Grosenbacher/Potranco location just a few times! Because back then it was just that location and every time they reminded me on why I didn’t eat Dominos! So for Pizza it was usually Little Caesar’s on Tally Or Pizza Hut on Potranco & 604. When this location opened, I gave this location a shot because I’m not far from it granted I’m closer to the sucky Dominos but my teenage kids literally work next door to this location, anyway I have yet to be disappointed
Food is delish & Staff is great, Win Win!

I’ve ordered at this location many times, and they never disappoint.the food it’s always hot and fresh when i get it.i’ve seen lots of reviews bashing this location, and i just don’t understand.i’ve become a regular here and they always treat me with respect and kindness.i’ve noticed that it’s also ran by teenagers, so keep that in mind too, they are working hard, and trying their best to get you the best quality they can.be aware that it’s not cool to be mean to the people that are serving you their food, otherwise you probably will get messed up food.keep in mind that these are real people too, they have their own lives, and between balancing school and work, it’s probably hard for them to be happy 24/7.so think about that next time you order food.be respectful and kind.anyways, love the food and the staff

You can make better tater tots at home. Cheddar bacon tots had a creamy garlic sauce or something which rendered them soggy. The cinnamon bread sticks were old and seemed reheated. Tried to redeem the free pizza award for waitin longer than 2 min-that went sideways, too. Suggest they use that 2 minutes to perform quality check on food that goes out. The morale of the story; just cook at home and commercials are over hyped.

I am not sure where these bad reviews are coming from. This was the best pizza and sandwich I’ve ever had from any Domino’s ever and I’ve been alive for 30 years. The food was hot. It was ready, when it said it would be, the Italian sandwich had so much flavor even more than an actual sandwich shop. Maybe it’s because I ordered it at 11 AM and the morning crew might be better but definitely the best food I’ve ever had. Thank you for making me an awesome meal, I’ll will return!

I was very disappointed in my order. I ordered a large sausage pizza which had only one piece of sausage on each piece. The pizza was dry with had very little sauce and cheese. I won’t order from this location again.

I had ordered from this place before and it was okay …. Recently I was tracking my order and in stayed in quality check for a long time …. When I got my pizza it looked like it sat for along time
I got my pizza a hour later not very happy
NO ORDERING ANYMORE!

Fast, quick simple and easy. Punctual alert and courtesy staff welcome and greeted as soon as I walked into the door. Appreciated the service and quality of my experience.

Average to good food, the decent prices -though recently raised- are made better with regular deals, and location are a plus.

The employees put up front/ at the register are clearly not the brightest ones on the team. They regularly struggle making simple change for cash orders, working the register, and taking basic orders. If it wasn't the best pizza option in 20mins i privacy wouldn't return.

Getting in/out of the parking lot during peak traffic times is TERRIBLE!

I was nervous about ordering from this location because of the bad reviews. However, my experience at this location was quite good.

I ordered on the app for curbside delivery and the pizza was delivered to the car within 30 seconds of my arrival at the store. I've never had it delivered so quickly.

The pizza was well made overall with a generous amount of toppings, and they were well distributed. It was perhaps just a little doughy in the center (it lost a star for this reason) but I don't expect perfection at any Domino's location, considering the price.

The employee who brought the pizza out was friendly.

Perhaps this location experienced problems when it first opened, but they seem to be mostly resolved. I'll be ordering again at this location without a doubt.
