Domino's Pizza, Prosper TX

Last 2 times we've ordered from here the pizza was essentially burnt on top. Cheese was dark and dry, so much that my 9 year old wouldn't eat it. Can't say I'll go a 3rd time.

Recently ordered a large order. Part of which was 4 cokes, 4 spirtes, and 4 Dr. Peppers. Only received one of each. Try to call this store and the phone number literally says that it is disconnected. Try using the Dominos App but it wont let me correct the wrong phone number that it has in the system for my order to verify the claim. Left with no way to contact the store other than a review literally out $22.41 with no way of getting it corrected. Hoping someone contacts me here

The customer service here is SUPREME. We recently placed a delivery for order through the Domino’s app, something went wrong and we received the wrong pizza for whatever reason (the app glitched). We called and explained what happened and they didn’t hesitate to send us the right pizza at no extra cost. It was raining this particular night so it really made our day that they were delivering it to us ASAP! Thank you to the great employees there:)

The pizza from this place is horrible. The last 2 times we ordered the pizza is nasty. Will not be ordering from dominoes anymore

Really pathetic service. My order never got delivered and these guys are not able to find what happened to my order. Avoid ordering from this place.

I went to this store to order and they took my order everything was going well until he asked me for a phone number in case something happened with the card payment I commented that I don't have a number that I was going to pay in cash and he refused to complete my order it was Terrible service from the staff. I realize that they don't care about the customer, I don't recommend this place.

It's probably the worst Dominos I ever ate. Pizza sauce is not spread evenly. Pizza is not cooked well. I don't recommend going there.

Quality keeps going down. Very certain last pizza I ordered for an early lunch was a pizza from last night that was just reheated. It was disgusting. I am very sick from it right now. Tries their make it right thing, but they will only replace it if you sign up for a membership first. The rest of us don't matter.

Great food, can get super busy at times but I can tell the staff are always hard at work trying to get things done as fast as they can especially on those busy Friday nights

I went in late Thursday night and noticed that the girl making the pizzas wasn't wearing gloves. That's really disgusting.

The last two times we have ordered pizza from here we have regretted it as soon as the wait began. Then the pizza finally arrives late and cold and burned. I’m all for cold leftover pizza, but I like to have it as a hot meal first. I also don’t like it black with an item I can’t identify because it is burned to badly. I know it’s not edible! Disgusting place! Stay away!

This location is great. Our pizza is always made fresh, fast, and accurate. We love their pizzas, parmesan bread bites, and molten lava cakes. The store is clean. Delivery drivers are also friendly. We like the tracker and rewards through the app too.

A employee had horrible customer service at the door. It’s not my fault you don’t carry change to break cash
