Domino's Pizza, San Antonio TX

Very poor service, i asked for no garlic on my crust & they bring it with garlic & it was cold!

Only thing I don't like about this place is that they never answer the phone, never. Lol We have to order online but the pizza's always hot and tasty.

Know one answers pH in the after 8 can't make a right I reader drive to Pizza Hut then go there I give them the benefit of the doubt but thy never got it Right Good bye Domino's

Ordered a pizza online and it was ready when I picked it up. I guess it depends on the traffic at this location as I had orders that were still being made and the wait time was like half an hour on the weekends the last time I was there.

Have continuously had negative experiences with this Dominos. From no product availability even though it is online, to non-delivered orders, to incorrect orders, and even to my order being paid for and delivered to someone else's address. Sad to have to review this chain this way since their food is very good, but this location is awful.

Waited for over an hour & a half for my order, and only to be called & told that delivery would be another 3hrs or so? Smfh Domino's u f*#¢king up bro.

Never AGAIN! I worked late tonight so I decided to ordered pizza at 7pm for my kids so that I can surprise them. It's now 11 30pm and still nothing. I've called twice, they said I'd get a refund and they would deliver it. Never got both, so I basically paid for a pizza I never got. Now, they don't answer the phone. Really?

You call and no one answers the phone and if they do someone hangs up on you. It just rings and rings. So I drive to the store and you the guy that makes the pizzas come to the front and hang up the phones. Right infront of me. Bad service. And I love this pizza.

Poor service and crappy workers. Didn't want to give me the special because I didn't ask for it even though they promote it while your on hold
