Domino's Pizza, Manor TX

White guy in glasses yelled at me when i entered in my mask shouting that nobody can be in the store! I was juat letting them know I was there to carry out my pizza.he just yelled you need to leave and call the store or use the drive thru! Zero customer service skills! Frustrating. I can get yelled at home, I will not pay for it!

If I could I'd give em less then one star. I called to ask the manager a question and he just hung up on me, he could've just said no and I would have understood.

Grateful that our now many experiences and pizza have been great! Thank you. God bless. Do the right thing. Be safe!

My neighborhood Domino's is the best! They got my order out quickly and it all looked and tasted amazing!

This location is providing excellent social distancing delivery. The delivery driver was masked and left the pizzas on my door step on a small table while he waited a safe distance away while I signed the receipt. The food was hot, fresh and made perfectly. I highly recommend this location for delivery when you get tired of your own cooking.:)

When I arrived at the parking lot, it was mostly filled. There was one spot open. However, one of your delivery people parked over the line so it was next to impossible to get in. To make matters worse, they were taking up a handicap spot. I have a picture of it if you want it. Next, I go inside where I am told that you are doing only drive thru service. Fair enough. I drive around, and am told by the guy in the drive thru that your pizzas are not ready. Go park in the parking lot and I will being them to you. What? Why didnt the guy taking phone orders just tell me to wait and save me the trouble of going to the drive thru. Next I park again. I can see through the window that my order is top on the list and ready.green check mark. I wait 5 minutes. No one brings it to me. While I am waiting a carhop from Sonic next door walks in and sets a large drink and a sack on the counter. She then stands around and a minute later walks out with 2 pizzas. No money ever changed hands. Were these both credit orders and just happened to be done at the same time? Sure looks like a quid pro quo on company time to me. The girl got the better deal from the looks of the sonic order. Anyway, at that point I get out of my car and put my head in through the door. I tell the people there that they may be drive through only, but if Sonic Girl can get her pizzas I can get mine. They then bring them to me. I had ordered 2 garlic sauces. Couldnt count.had to go back and get another one. To top it off, I am supposed to be in the drive through. Everyone in your store has masks around their neck, but no one is actually wearing them around their mouth and nose. (forgot to get pic of that). Is that your policy during these times? When I get home, my thin crust pizza seems over cooked (dark burn around part of the edge) and dry. The crust is thicker than the toppings. It is dry. No cheese to speak of and even less sauce. Due to having to wait so long to get it, it was only luke warm when I got home.thin pizzas lose heat quickly. But there was no sense of urgency on the part of your crew. My daughter said hers was okay. I moved into my house a week ago. Needless to say this has been my first experience with the Manor Dominos and it very likely will be my last.

My order was to be ready at 4: 30 but was complete at 4: 21 which means it sat there for 9 minutes. My main complaint was the large thin crust was well done. The outer crust was black in some places. Since it was overcooked the crust was showing where it should have been cheese. It should have been tossed and redone. If it wouldn't be a 20 minutes trip back up there (l live in the country) I would have returned it. Go here every couple of week and they are usually much better.

Tables needed to be cleaned, family left shows on group in lobby to go play in playscape. When walked in, no one greeted us.

The best dominos I've ever tasted in my life. It was something different about their crust friggin awesome!

Our food arrived faster than expected and was one of the the BEST pizzas so far! The dessert was hot and fresh! THANK YOU TO THE TEAM WORKING LATE THIS NIGHT! Y'all were near closing time and still put 100% in everything you did!

The cash limit should be raised 10$ to allow for a 50$ cash purchase. My past prepaid orders that always exceed 40$ have been missing items and then it takes hours to get the food I have already paid for.

If an order ever gets accidentally messed up they are prompt to fix it

So I ordered pizza and they now charge for Parmesan cheese and garlic butter what is really going on? Used to be free with pizza.smh not worth the hassle.

You guys are the best. Employees are so happy, almost 4 peoples are like "welcome to Dominos" like wow really, I'm impressed because I thought new pizza in town Pizza Hut would have that type of atmosphere but when I went last night they took forever with my order.that's another story.but back to Dominos keep it up, food was fresh too.

Just Bought a house @ the manor neighborhood, my builder gave me a gift certificate, I was told the General Manager from dominos gave us gift as " Home Welcoming REALLY? I was so happy, 2 large 3 topping, 1 choice of desert and a 2 Liter for free WOW guys I didn't expect that. I will be the gift certificate tomorrow.thank you thank you thank you

Well the tracker app was not working on my delivery it was stuck on the pizza was ordered! Not happy about that. Pizza was good however

The premises is always clean and the staff and delivery drivers are always polite. The pizza tastes really good. One time they messed up my order but I called them and they were quick to rectify the mistake. Their pizza delivery times typically ranges from 30 - 45 mins and that’s why they 4 stars instead of 5. I think that’s one area they need to improve on.
Overall a good place to order fast food in Manor.

Quick and friendly service, my order gets done pretty fast when I pick up a pizza for lunch even during lunch hour

Placed my order @ 1: 20. At 1: 39 received that my pizza was out the door and being delivered! Did not receive my 2 pizza's until 2: 33! I called the store and got hung up on 3 times! Pizza Hut is moving into town! YAY!

Employees are very friendly at the store, Orders are typically very fast. Busy place.but they do great job.food is alway hot and fresh.these guys are on point.thank you.
