Domino's Pizza, Irving TX

Worse dominos ever! They quickly hang up the phone when its ringing so they wont have to take orders! I called alil over 10 times in a row! On the second ring they would answer and hang up!

1/2021 this is is still by far the best location!

This domino's is the best one in Irving.

I have ordered here twice and called my order in at least 3 hrs ahead then called for a reminder 30 minutes before it was time for pick up. Both times was miserable. The first time I got there and had to wait 30 minutes even after I called to remind them about the order. The second time I got the pizza but went all the way home and took a shower after working a 12 hr shift in the medical field and the pizza was wrong so I had to throw clothes on and go back up there to have them handle back one of the old ones and give me the correct one that has been sitting there 30 minutes. So I had to get upset and ask them to make it fresh. There was so many employees there but no one knew what was going on. I will drive to a further store just so I don't have to keep repeating the same disappointment.

So fast working they were busy because of ice and snow, and never missed a beat on production or customer service. Keep up the great work!

2-22-21. I ordered a pizza and wings from this clown outfit of a store. Wings were supposed to be hot but were plain on delivery. Called the store to get a refund. I spoke to someone named Francisco. Old franny gave me a line about needing to wait 24 hours to put in for a refund. I still haven’t gotten an “I’m sorry” from them.

Update 2-23-21
So Francisco told me to call back today to get my refund and guess what.there is no manager working today to give the refund.

Horrible pizza! I ordered 2 pizzas one have no sauce at all just dry bread and cheese and the other had so much sauce that it was inedible. Never returning to this store ever again! I honestly think a gas station could make better pizza!

The only reason I'm reading them a 3 is because they do not use gloves when handling the food. And that is the one on Walnut Hill and the other on Story Road employees are very friendly there's no lines to wait for you food that's a plus they just need to use gloves when preparing the food

Sorry we don’t allow drivers to sleep while on delivery and sleep on the clock Adam. Nice to know after all this time you still think of us.
This Dominos is awesome!

This store always gets out order correct. The entire staff are friendly and courteous when we walk in. No matter how busy it is everyone looks like they have it under control.

Dude name Manuel (delivery guy) lies too much. Long story short pizza has taken over an 1hr to get here. Management doesn’t know how to take care of customers. Will take my business else where.

Your deliverer curtious, and polite. He is attentive; he followed to my “comment ” noting dogs. He called prior to approaching our home and easd my mind and our dog. Certainly the best customer service of a young man his age.

I was on hold for over 20 minutes and when they finally decided to answer they gave me really bad customer service I've ordered pizza several times from this Domino's and i live not even down the block and it takes over 2 hours for it to get here, needs new employees for sure.

The delivery time exceeds 1-2 hours EVERY TIME. This location is very under staffed with drivers.

This dominos is the absolute worse when it comes to customer service and getting food to you in a timely manner. If they offer you a credit forget about it because it's never added to the account. Please save your time and spend your money elsewhere.

These guys are quick, carry out orders take maybe 10-15 minutes max to have ready. Orders are accurate and food is great!

I called for place an order.and she hang up the phone.she says reason was cause i have to wait 1 hour.the worst service i ever had. Her name is jenifer fernandez.should be a manager

After calling twice I still got the same answer after my delivery driver was an hour late of it being “crazy busy” and “taking multiple orders in my area” I didn’t order a cold pizza. And didn’t get any of my sauces, then they almost forgot my 2 liter of soda after they left.

Rude and took forever to deliver the wing and when i called to cancel the women was very rude and dismissive

Ordered online. Delivery time 30 mins. Waited 90. Called, the solution from the manager, wait an additional 15 minutes. No Thanks. Canceled.

Pizza arrived cold. The chicken bites were gross. Driver didn’t have pepper flakes. Horrible. Just horrible.
