30First impressions are everything. Was not greeted when I walked in, and I noticed they were playing obnoxiously loud rap music with profanity. Asked the young girl behind the register about the specials and she seemed spaced out/high/ or maybe just tired. It took me 3 minutes to walk out. So far so not good.
Horrible customer service. Walked in and was ignored after 10 min of waiting and not even being acknowledged I left. Today I was going to give them a chance they answer the phone and
don't say a word. Calling pizza hut instead
We have ordered over 20 times in the last year and it has always been made perfect and the drivers have been extremely fast and courteous.
We have tried this location a couple of times because delivery is literally 2 minutes. This past time our pizza was out for delivery 15 minutes and we got a dry, cold pizza. Very disappointed.
Placed my ordered and was tracking it. Says it was delivered and now I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Sounds about right.
I always ask for extra sauce on my pizza and they never listen. My receipt says extra sauce but there is no sauce on the pizza at all. Why is it so hard to get extra sauce? ! This dominos is terrible
As usual prompt and accurate service, the driver was courteous. So all in all a great experience. I love ordering online.
We tend to leave reviews when something goes wrong, and it did. The gentleman at the front counter handled the situation professionally and went above and beyond. We all make minor mistakes, this negative has certainly turned into a positive. The food was great and this experience proves that good customer service still exists.
I've never had a problem with this location ever! I love this place. The manager always seems to hire great employee's, always nice, fasted paced, and never screwed up my order. They always seem so nice, and the place is ALWAYS CLEAN!
THEY GET MY ORDER WRONG EVERY SINGLE TIME.multiple problems throughout the system from ordering to making to boxing. Didn't place what I had ordered then didn't make what I had ordered then DIDN'T PUT GARLIC ON MY CRUST.ive worked at Dominos before it's not that hard. They need to strengthen their team and take the time to make the order correctly.
