Don Ringler Collision Center, Temple TX

Went in for an estimate on my non collision accident on my Toyota. Guy walks out of his office, I tell him about my bumper damage and before I can finish explaining, he ask me who my insurance company is, I tell him he says all you have to do is take a picture and send it in. He goes out looks at the bumper and gets ready to walk in the door. I said aren’t you going to look at the rest, he says want. I then said the back door in dented in. He says show me. At that point his general rudeness, lack of interest and not showing any interest in helping me, I just got in my car and left. I was planning to pay for the damage repair, pending the cost, instead of filing on my insurance. I wanted the Toyota dealership to handle the repair but not at this place, I went by another small collision repair company and was treated respectfully, given a quote, and I will get my car repair there. I will never go back there again.

Don Ringer customer service never contacted myself or my husband as stated below. They service our car on a regular basis because we bought a service contract when we purchased our car. There is no way they don’t have contact information on us. Just another sign of their customer service. We may drive to Austin where we purchased our car or Killeen. So sad you can’t use the local dealership. Charles Maund in North Austin on Research Blvd.is excellent, Ramiro F.sold us our Camry and have been there for years. Honest, friendly and courtesy is key to their success. Treats everyone with Respect!

The Collision Center’s repair work was excellent! Mark got my suburban in the next day, had the courtesy car take me home, & called when it was ready to pick up. Great customer service!

I don't even know where to begin honestly. Just know that if you're taking your vehicle here for repairs you'll be met with nothing, but a run around and complete rudeness. Mark the collision center manager thinks he is some kind of entitled God who can say anything he wants with no consequences. The guy honestly needs to be fired, but clearly he's someone's relative at the place. Worst customer service ever. Highly don't recommend.

Mark at the collision center is great, he will shoot you straight & make sure you get a fair skake.

Our car was towed here after an accident. The shop manager was arrogant and acted like he knew it all. He wasn't very professional what so ever. He dismissed anything we asked, basically decided he knew the fate of our car just from looking at it for about 30 seconds. Because he decided he knew it all after a 30 second once over, he refused to listen or even consider our concerns on possible repairs. He went on to make off handed remarks about us. Who does that! We had the car taken somewhere else where it was deemed a total loss. Thankfully I never had to deal with this man and this shop after that experience. We tell everyone even considering this body shop to not do it!

Mark helped us with getting a bad paint job fixed with very little inconvenience to us. He got it in and out very quickly and I was very surprised to pick it up and see that he even had the car cleaned. Very impressed. Mark’s beard game is even really strong

My mom was involved in a wreck and we took her car here for repairs and had such a great experience! Mark took care of her, and made the process super easy. She was back in her Rav in no time.
