8Have a slush machine in our summer kitchen from DonperUSA and love it. Got a great price and the couple times I've called service it's gone well.
We have a couple of Donper's XF124 machines for our rental business and they are great! Very easy to use and maintain.
Company is a scam, don’t order from Donper. Ordered a compressor for an emergency repair, entered shipping address, their website calculated $100 shipping, placed the order and paid in full. Two days later received a curt email that they won’t ship to that address and shipping will be more than the $100 they already charged. Sent a different address followed by multiple follow up emails asking for status, not a single reply. Emailed every company email we could find, no reply. Finally had to dispute the credit card charge after two weeks of no contact from them. It’s either a one person company or it’s just a scam. Either way, find somewhere else.
Sent them a machine they sold me to be fixed based on their faulty parts, 2 years ago. Haven’t gotten a call back or email about where the machine is over two years. Called and left a message with the sales guy who organized the return. Brian Zintgraf, no calls, nothing. Next stop, court.
Very happy with our machine. Use it every weekend for both kid slushes and adult frozen beverages. Thanks!
Motor problems from day one. 5 machines 12 to 15 motors burnt up in 2 years If you purchase machines you better have mechanical skills, you will be replacing parts and fixing yourself even if it's still under warranty. You will never see a technician come fix your equipment. We will be going with a different brand machine for our second yogurt shop location. Word of advice to the people you talk on the phone when you call (a little phone etiquette goes a long way and returning phone calls may help keep your customers happier)
I work for a refrigeration company and called this company to see if they could provide me a company out in the Houston area that could help a customer that kept calling us to service their brand DONPER. Our company does not work on this brand but all MFG should be able to provide a company that can service their equipment. I spoke to the warranty department and requested this info from him. He was at first very short to with me asking me where the customer was located and then asked the model, while I was waiting on the customer on a different line to provide this info the gentleman on the phone was very rude saying "if he don't know the model number then I don't need my time wasted he can call Tech 24" (which is the only info I needed from him anyways). There was no need for him to be rude or anything to someone who is HIS company's customer. I wouldn't buy from this company ever! Customer Service is KEY and if you can not provide that then why are you in this industry? So if you are thinking of purchasing this brand then I would suggest looking into Taylor Brand which Lane Equipment sales out in Houston area OR Sani SERV which TriMark USA sells out of Houston regarding ice cream machines. If you are looking for frozen drink machines again Lane Equipment and TriMark USA sales those units as well. I felt so bad for this customer having purchased this brand with no support.

Have 3 Donper USA machines and like them all. Less expensive and a longer warranty than other machines we looked at. We have the XF124 for high volume margaritas (x2) and a D150 for soft serve ice cream. Tech support on the phone is good - have used it a couple times and have been able to avoid paying for service techs. We primarily use them for event catering.
