Drove from Houston in hopes to find the purse I wanted. I found it! Stephanie and Sarah were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

This was not the first time I stopped in at this location but this is the first time I had the worst visit and interaction with an employee's at this location. I walked in and asked the staff for assistance in regards to an order I placed online. I was told they could be of no help and I needed to contact the CS on the website number. I said thanks I will do that. So I decided to look around and see what New Style they had walked around the store for a good 10 minutes. Not once did those 2 employees offer to come by and see if I had any questions, what was I looking for or was there something in particular.it sounded they were both into a deep conversation it was definitely not work related. But walked a few doors down to COACH and you will have a handful of staff so eager to help you. I hope management reads this and realize how your staff lost a sale that day and any future sales from me.

Store Is okay but the Dooney brand is getting stale. The same design purse just a different color and very high prices.

Watch out for Vicki. She was VERY rude. Maybe she doesn't like kids idk. Me and my mom were shopping and we own quite a dooney collection so we take a bit of time shopping naturally.and she singled us out multiple times saying store was closing but only to us OVER AND OVER 45 min before.first of all chill out lady. (I was paying attention to see if she was telling other people.nope.only one couple 7 min before closing) she kept looking at my daughter since she was eating a cracker. And told us not until after our shopping they don't want food in the store. Fine.but tell me when I walk in? Don't give dirty looks to my daughter THE WHOLE TIME or make me and my mom's shopping uncomfortable. Never had a bad experience before. This might have been the first time we walked out without buying anything. Unpleasant experience without a doubt.

Came all the way here to buy gift for myself and my daughter. I am a DB for many years. My husband wanted to take pictures to send to our daughter so she can tell us which one she likes. The woman at the door rudely told my husband not to take photos, while two other shoppers in the store were taking photos at the time. My husband was angry not because he was told he can’t take photos, rather the way she approached him was very rude. I planned this trip for a while and was planning on buying a few. We walked out without buying any. After seeing reviews from others had the same experience, I am deeply saddened how one bad hire can ruin business. This is a brand I love for decades. Too bad, not this store at San Marcos. She ruined it for me.

Love this store! However the staff needs customer service training. Not one smile not hello welcome. A bit rude all of them there that day. So sad that they appear that they do not want to deal with the public.

Only thing was, store was empty maybe 2 other customers, 3 workers and NOT 1 of them offered any assistance.

I came to the store the first time and left. I came back again and looked around. I felt I was being watched. The lady at the door said welcome back. I was approached several times. I then was asked did I have any questions as if I can add subtract or divide. I started to not buy the purse but I did want them to know that everyone don't steal. They received a 2 because I am happy with the purchase.

The store at the San Marcos outlet was well worth the visit. My first visit and Victoria was very helpful.
I am very pleased with my Florentine crossbody zip bag.
I will definitely return.

I have been going to Dooney & Burke outlet mall for 10 years, I have been a fan 10 years or more, I love the quality and the sturdiness of the purse. I spend over 300.00 or more for me and my mother, I never had any negatively aspects or disrespectful staff. Everything was on point!
I Love D&B period and i dont use no other. The sales are awesome, even if they dont have sales the prices are still great!

Worst online experience ever. I ordered a purse online and the purse was stolen/ damaged somewhere before it even got to me. I tried several times reaching out to dooney but they would not send another purse not will they refund my money. I'm on day 18 and im yet to get my money back. They said they have to investigate the matter first. Their customer service staff is horrible.

Classic styles there. Didn't really see any special editions/ limited. But always a compelling display.
