This place is a complete Scam!
I called this place out to replace 1 door closer. They started the work before I agreed to a price. After 45 minutes they gave me my invoice for $820.94. They charged me 465.88 for a door closer that cost $100 online. Then charged $210 for 1 hour of work for a unlicensed trade. I have Plumbers, Electricians, doctors, and lawyers that charge less! Then on top of that they charge you $82.50 for a service call. I know most companies don’t charge service calls if you use them for service. So 1 Door Closer for$820.94 after tax. What a rip off! This is fair warning to not use this company!
We had a sticking Front door so we reached out for quotes and Contacted this company after getting some outrageous and indirect rates from competitors. Not only were they precise but we’re able to get me fixed up next day and Frank out technician did an amazing job and was so nice! You can tell he knew his trade and did a great job we will only call them next time!
Ryan is gem, he worked tirelessly on three doors in our home. We have had terrible drafts and difficult entries/exits with these doors. His attention to detail and persistence to complete the work successfully was a relief. He has helped us create a safe and comfortable place to live.
Ryan came out yesterday and worked on three doors on our property. He was patient while I tried to explain what our issues were and worked fast to get those issues fixed. Door Doctor is our go-to for any repairs needed on our heavy-duty doors. Speedy and reliable.
