2 If you want your time to be respected, Dr. Ling is definitely not someone you should consider.
I called in May, and was scheduled for an appointment in late July. Three days before the appointment, I got a message saying "We have tried to contact you. Your appointment is cancelled due to provider not being in office. Please call xxx to reschedule. " 1) I don't have any missed calls or voice mails or emails from the provider. Instead, the day before I had received a message asking me to confirm my appointment which I did. So I am not sure why the office claimed that they had tried to contact me. 2) I had already requested time off from my employer and had moved a few other things to accommodate the appointment, which ended up being a pure waste of time and efforts. 3) I called back to reschedule as suggested by the text, and was told that the earliest time slot available to me was September which is another two months later.
If google allows a zero star rating, that's really what I would give.
The first GP I have had in adulthood who is consistently attentive and thorough. She genuinely cares about people and the science, and exhibits the most important quality for a healthcare professional:
