I have rented here before, so rental was a breeze. After a thorough checkout in the bucket tree trimmer and a pole chain saw I was off. The counter staff is friendly and quick. The men working moving equipment and getting you ready to go know their stuff. Great place with so much stuff. I could spend time just looking at all the items they have for rent. It wouldn't be far-fetched to say, if they don't have, you don't need it.

Needed scaffolding for 2 days but they'll only rent for the whole week (7 days). 2 men loaded in my truck. 1 guy was very courteous and respectful of both my truck and the equipment- the other guy couldn't of cared less about EITHER and seemed to have a grudge against BOTH the equipment AND MY TRUCK as he suplexed, powerdrived and choke slammed everything that he loaded with the same ferocity and enthusiasm of a young Hulk Hogan. I was hesitant to give any stars out of my concern that he'll SLAM these into my truck too! ‍️

Great customer service! We rented a drain cleaner (roto rooter). It kept overheating and shutting off. Made a call, and they told us to come swap it out with a different one. Was given an upgrade to the bigger machine at no charge because we had to drive from Atlanta

Absolutely love their customer service and prices. Me and my wife came in needing an excavator to clear up a few bushes around our property and the ladies in the front at Dot's Rentals were able to get us fixed up in no time and also the guys that helped connected it on our trailer hitch for us also informed us about safety procedures and guidelines so they definitely come highly recommended by us

I’am planning my daughters wedding which is in November. Started in January. Dot’s has been amazing. They’ve always been very helpful and friendly each of the many times I’ve been in the store. They have eased my mind a lot. I’ll send all my friends there for any rental needs.

Always have what I need with a smile. Even located a few items that I couldn't find ANYWHERE else in this godforsaken town, like pressure washer replacement tips and parts. Yeah I know, you'd think u could find these items at any hardware store but trust me u cant- I've done the legwork for ya on this one.

I haven't been to Dot's Rentals in a long while I would say three years I guess they have any type of rental equipment you can want he was in the plumbing business and did all of his business and rental services through Dot's rental I'm a guest in 20 years they're very professional would a huge open parking space.
After placing your order and what type of services you need y'all to pull your vehicle up or they bring that item to your vehicle Dot's Rentals hits between Highway 67 and Robison Road I don't know them personally but they've always greeted me with a smile so I say I rather like dots rental

I remember when they opened. Congratulations Ms Dot on thirty years and counting. Great business. Very nice staff. I recommend if you have a project that requires equipment that you don't have, go to Dot's they can help.

Love this group of hard working folks! Very easy to work with and deliveries have always been on time. Good selection of rental items (always clean and in good working order) and very knowledgeable staff.
