Double Diamond Car Wash, New Braunfels TX

This used to be the best in town for touchless. I visited about 10 months ago to wash my newly purchased car and it left soap all over, so I just washed my car by hand all summer. I went today to give this place a second chance I was even more disappointed! My car still had soap seeping out of the crevices AND it was wet but didn't even look washed. Complete waste of money. I will not be visiting again. I will be posting pictures to this profile though.

Very clean and bright but I swear the clock runs a bit fast here so be prepared to bring extra change with ya or you’ll be driving with an unfinished project

I went there a couple days ago and over half of the selections didn't work. I prewashed, tires, brush, soap and rinse. Could't get the bug to work, the wax, spot free to work, blower either. Spent over $7 and I reported it to the company. Was told " yeah the selector isn't working had to order another one" WHAT! THATS IT! No sign up there saying half the selections don't work. No sorry here is your money back. Nothing. Not saying I need the money it is the point. Things are just going downhill everywhere. SMH

I use the automatic wash here because it is the closest wash to accommodate Dually trucks. The last two times I have gone the wash makes like two passes then tells me to pull forward and the dryers don’t even turn on. This leaves soap all over my truck and I’m forced to rinse it by hand. It has worked fine before, not sure what the problem is currently but it’s become a waste of $10 each time.

I went through the automatic car wash yesterday, it only made one pass on the cleaning cycle, then it stopped, I waited for about 5 minutes and it never started again, it did not finish washing my car.

They have do-it-yourself booths and vacuums that work great and are in good condition. I inly us that occasionally. My typical visit is to have the touchless wash, which does a great job for a touchless wash. My car is typically pretty clean and needs the usual amount of hand drying and minor touchups.it's better than most touchless, however, and I'm never disappointed.

I take my 24 foot camper van here for washes. Very nice facilities with everything in working order. Appreciate that they have a larger bay for oversized vehicles. Its usually about $8-10 to self wash the van and about $3 to do my sedan. They also have a touchless drive through wash but i haven't used it.

The machines are decently priced and work exceptionally well. I've never had a problem with any equipment here. It's well maintained.

The place to go when your in New Braunfels. We go to the drive thru car wash that does an excellent job

Updated equipment tools for washing, nice. Enough water pressure, and other liquids as waxing and wheels cleaner. Well maintained.

Visited for two washes so far. Knocks off the dirt for sure. Great close location to get a wash.

New equipment in the drive thru car wash. Well maintained. Self wash is above average. Been going for over 8 years. So appreciate such a great carwash!

Just another car wash but a little bit cheaper than the other. 1: 25 vs 1: 50 for other's

It's always pretty much clean and obviously people go there everyday and make sure all the machines are working all the machines work all the time that's my favorite car wash in town

Bay on the end was terrible no foam in the tire brush and hose is leaking from the celing. Bay farthest from the auto wash machine. It's hit or miss with you guys. With there was competition around with manual wash. Thinking of just washing at home next time.

Nice clean place to wash your vechicle. Wasn't too pricey id say right around the median range. It is small compared to most car washes. I believe it only fits up to 6 at a time and one of the stalls was out of order.

The vacuums work well and only cost $1.00 to start. The car wash bays are always clean and working great.
