DoubleDave's Pizzaworks, Leander TX

I placed my order and got a call clarifying my address 1/2 hour later. 20 minutes later I missed a call and they said my pizza was delivered somewhere else. Restarting the process now and I will be waiting an hour and a half for my pizza. When I asked if they will discount for inconvenience I was told no I will just get my food. Very poor customer service.

When I was ordering pizza, they didn't ask about the Friday deal. After I ordered pizza, I realized that they had a whole week event. It was so disappointing.

Ordered today, one of our pizza rolls had a dark long hair baked into the pizza roll.
Literally disgusting.
The ones the didn’t hair hair were decent but who knows maybe we ate hair without realizing it, now I’m gonna be thinking about it all night.

Selected to have them wait for me.not just drop off on porch. Get email they are on way. 20 mins later wonder what happen.look out and find my wings and pizza in the middle of porch, on a 45 degree night. Pizza great.cold.but exactly what we wanted. Not a fan of boneless wings.lot of breading.lots of breading.

Pizza had little chicken and it was greasy. Good chicken wings. The plates we grab were full of grease.

Empty as can be but had some pick ups while we were there. Food was good and came out fast but service could have been friendlier.

One of my favorite restaurants ever. Pizza rolls are top notch and their dessert pizza is too good. I have consistently been a customer here for years and it’s just a great place for pizza all around.

When in sign says Dave’s buffet. There’s no buffet but yet there’s a Buffet with salad. So we order two sandwiches. I ordered a meatball had no sauce on it went up and asked for sauce on the side he pulls it all the fridge hands it to my husband did not even warm it up. It’s high noon and there’s only one other customer in the store, workers are just standing around. Absolutely 150% dissatisfied will never step foot in another double Dave’s who hands some cold sauce for a warm sandwich so sad use to be a great place. This is one in cedar park. I don’t understand no buffet for pizza but have one for salad

Placed an online order at 6: 00 pm and set delivery time for 7: 15 pm. By 7: 45 I still didn't have my order delivered. I called the store to inquire about the status of my order. I was told that there were 2 other orders before mine and that my expected delivery time would be another 30-45 minutes. Making the delivery time between 8: 15 - 8: 30. When asked why the delay, I was told the, in a gruff tone, that they only had one driver and they were short staffed. Friday night with one driver and Short staffed? Really? There was no apologies, no reassument that my order would be delivered promptly, no offer to credit some or all of the order. Where is the management at this location? Poor customer service! We'll see if they get the order here by 8: 30.

Ordered a medium Meat Eaters pizza and two orders of 8 wings. Got home and here is a pic of the pizza. Where's the meat? Yeah, we were hungry so we ate the mostly bread pizza anyway. I wondered if they skimped on toppings so they could load up on one they might take home later. As for the wings, I didn't get 16 wings. I got 16 wing parts. Four were the "drumstick" parts and twelve were the wingette (mid-section) part. Maybe they save the better part of the wings for the same purpose as the pizza toppings. If I had opened the boxes prior to leaving I would have refused the order. The guy working the register also went back to help with the food. I did not see him wash his hands at the front sink. Double Dave's was my favorite and we've done lots of business there but they might have just lost me. I shouldn't have tipped.

The pickup order took over an hour, it was wrong, the shift leader called my daughter names and was horrible. Do not eat here.

The phone service is rubbish i ordered an izza and peperony rolls and i spent more than an hour and my service never arrived i called to complain and they bothered to see my order canceled i am not to blame that the delivery is rubbish the food is very rich but the service is terrible

We just received a $90 delivery order. First of all. The driver quickly dropped off the order to the wrong house next door. Quickly sped off. We would not have known if my son wasn't in the front yard watching. We did get our order from the neighbor, but very unsatisfactory service on this delivery. And I would expect a $10 tip to garner more care than that!

Also, one of the pizzas, a deep dish DAVES FAVE, had NO pizza sauce!

We usually like this place, but we ordered two salads with our pizza yesterday. We had pizza for dinner and left the salads in the fridge for leftovers. Came back today to eat the salads, and it's disgusting. The artichokes were so old they squished in my fingers. The feta cheese they put was moldy. That doesn't happen to food overnight. Called the store today to speak to a manager about it and was told by the manager that he would call me back. Im not sure why that is either. Never called me back.
