Went to the bar with my wife 11/15/22 bartender never come to my table I have to go anytime I need something the weird thing she come the table next to me many time never look to us never ask if we need something also. We try to be more time but with this attention better go back to the room.

We stayed here while attending the Skyball XX formal. The staff and management were absolutely spectacular. We initially had an issue with room accessibility so the staff moved us to an accessible room. However, for me to get in, they had to move furniture and the beds which they joyfully did and then quickly re-cleaned the room so we could get in. The staff were so friendly and accommodating of every request never once did they him or haw or give us a powty face. Deeply impressed. We will stay here again, thank you.

Very nice place, the staff is super friendly. Beds are comfy. Would liked to of had a microwave. But overall great. I will definitely come back.

The absolute worst stay I have ever had. Found bed bugs in my room then we were accused my manager Teddy that we brought the bed bugs. They didn’t want to initially cover our stay until the pest control confirmed they had an infestation. They are not not answering the phone do compensate us for damages to our clothing. I will NEVER stay at this location again. Don’t book this location

Front desk hostess was amazing at 11: 30pm. So kind, cheerful and welcoming. She made our stressful trip much better.

All I asked for was to take out the trash and resupply the room with coffee. Apparently that was way too much to ask. If I'm paying over $200 for a night to stay somewhere, at least do the minimum asked of the staff. I had to take the trash out myself and go to the front desk for the coffee supplies. What ever happened to the "service business"?

There is a dangerously sharp edge on the recessed panel in the headboard. I reached up to change positions while in the bed and my fingers got caught between the headboard and the recessed panel. There was sharp metal in the joint between the headboard and the panel causing a slight injury to one finger.

Edit: I was contacted by management to get more details so they can fix the issues.

Great employees, smiling and friendly but this is just another sad, depressing Doubletree when it comes to rooms and decor. This brand has hit rock bottom. Our airline uses this hotel as a layover and there’s literally nothing to do anywhere near the hotel unless you get an Uber.

Everything was perfect not one complaint about my stay or the 14 other people that took the same course i did, did not have any issue with food, staff, or rooms. Will most definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Great stay, clean. Teddy and his front desk staff are awesome. Jinal and Teddy are true professionals.

Incompetent staff. Refused to print an invoice and unable to send it by email. And for sure nobody answer to the phone.

Regarding the room, no room cleaning done and noisy.

For $232 per night, you must find a better place!

Last night a man claiming to be maintenance knocked at my door at 11pm. After a minute I got up to check but they were running down the hallway and I didn't get a good look. When brought to the girl working behind the desk, absolutely no concern or compassion was giving. Her dismissiveness of my experience gave me no confidence she would help out or take any action if it were to happen again.

Great place to stay and they have great breakfast buffet.they let me park my bike under the overhang. There is a little relief In the wall that fits one bike perfectly! I will be coming back next time I'm in Arlington!

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in quite a while. The room was super clean and no musky odors. My a/c was cold and bed was very comfortable. Rooms are very spacious. There is a refrigerator but no microwave but not a big deal for me. There is a pool and a full bar inside that stays open until 11pm with food. I'll for sure come back here again.

Left a one star review a while ago and swore to never stay here again. Ended up here after a last minute scheduling change and it has been remodeled. The staff also seem to have better morale and the rooms were clean. Could see some improvements like food service other than at the bar.still operating like a Hilton Garden Inn. Revised my rating to 4 stars.

Jeaniel at the front desk from the moment I walked into the building she was very warm and pleasant. I appreciated her effort in accommodating my request for an early check-in and resources in the business center for a last min work project. Upon checking in to my room she called to ensure my expectations and accommodations and were met. I appreciate all her help, attention to detail and care during my stay. My recommendation would definitely be recognition for employee of the month for above and beyond!

Apparently cooperate bookings don't work at double trees.lol that's what the front desk told me. So I have gone to another hotel company which I'm familiar with and treats people with alot more respect. Hard to believe that a Hilton doesn't accept CSI or direct travel.

Great stay would definitely recommend!
Cory was fantastic with the majestic transportation. Smooth rides to and back from the stadium, will definitely use him again and recommend.

We stayed 3 nights & Everything was fabulous. I've never had so many smiles/greetings from all the staff at a hotel before. Thanks to all and Pavel, you're the best!
