DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas - Love Field

Love staying here we are always here on the New Year’s Eve before we take a flight back after visiting family.
It’s a nice clean hotel with immaculate rooms
They have replaced any specials for the $30 credit which you can use at the sports page grill fish is offering a good beers, wine and some food.
I love how close it is to the airport, and it’s next-door to the gas station convenience store where you can pick up any wine and beer or snacks.
I love the lobby has flight schedules so you can check if your flight is on time before you leave on the shuttle which run every 30 minutes

Literally right next to the airport. Which is plus if you enjoy watching planes landing and taking off up close, loud, and personal.

Super clean modern looking rooms. We didn't dine here or anything it was just a bed close to the airport, but wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Fantastic. We were amazed at the rooms and the service. It was leaps above other Double Trees.

Hands down, the best DoubleTree Hotel I've ever stayed at in the United States - great hospitality and newly refurbished facilities. Would highly recommend!

The decor was fantastic. Very refreshing. It was also nice they had a restaurant open at night. A 24 hour shuttle to Love Field was perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms are huge the only thing I didn't like was the you could hear the airplanes flying over and there was noise outside in hallway as well but I called the front desk night staff they came right up to the eighth floor we're I was in room 834 and they took care of it right away

This is a beautiful hotel. I love all of the different textures and artistry that make up the environment here. Great sitting areas. Very comfortable. The restaurant was top quality. Great service and food. If it would've been warmer temps out, I would've really appreciated the outdoor seating and the outdoor pool. If given more time, the fitness center would've been one of my stops as well.
My only complaint would be the extremely bright lights outside of our window, but the blackout shades were the solution to that. Thank you for this stay at your hotel. We enjoyed it.

My family and I are Dallas locals- and we booked a stay at the Doubletree out of necessity. We experienced an unfortunate situation during a rainstorm causing our electricity to go out for a little over a week. The warm welcoming we received, the smiles we encountered from all of the staff, and the endless kind gestures did not go unnoticed. The entire staff made sure to ease the stress from our unpleasant situation with their hospitality and professionalism. Kindness, cleanliness, and a knowledgeable staff is a rare find - but you’ll be sure to get it here.

Amazing staff. The furniture is a bit dates in the rooms, but the renovations are terrific. The hotel is spotless. The front desk staff was exceptional, accommodating, flexible, resourceful, professional and always kind and helpful. Will be back.

Excellent and outstanding service the bar and grill is top notch also check out the Wednesday prime rib dinner excellent as well and at a good price $18 a plate

How come a handicap room is located in the 8th floor? And the carpet it's not even vacuum or neither there was body wash in the dispenser?

First off. It is a nice, clean hotel. We did have some issues, however. First, the air conditioner is VERY loud, and its oversized for the room, so it constantly cycles on and off every few minutes all night long. The walls do not have enough sound insulation so we could hear the party in the next room until 2 am. The digital key will not open the parking gate, and there is no mention of this on the online check in. The ice machine on the fourth floor did not work, and when I called the front desk, was curtly told that the ice machine on the fifth floor was available and was hung up on. If you stay here to catch an early AM flight from Love Field, I would look elsewhere.

Excellent service. The GM Jeremy is beyond hospitable and goes above and beyond to make his guests comfortable and happy. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant great.

Stayed there last Friday night after another location canceled my reservation abruptly. This DoubleTree really saved the night! James at check in was especially helpful. Fantastic service and comfortable rooms! Breakfast in the on-site restaurant was outstanding as well! An excellent experience overall!

Planes are loud, I expected that. They don't take and land after 10ish.
I was disappointed 1st was told my parking was free and was usually $15. Lo and behold, to get out the charged us $20. Oh well.
Good news though, the restaurant was really good.

Such a beautiful clean hotel and very close to the airport. Upon check in I was greeted by a front desk agent named Iantha. She was very personable and displayed great customer service. My family and I will definitely be back should we have another early flight.

Again, I must brag on the Double Tree by Love Field in Dallas. I specifically want to brag on Tara and Estefania who are hands down what make this hotel as great as it is. They always have been so accommodating and friendly. If there’s an upgrade available they do everything they can to provide that for diamond members and I can tell you they go above and beyond for their regulars. The suite we were upgraded to was wonderful! I love all of the new renovated rooms. Very tastefully done. We will continue to stay here each time we fly out.

Beautiful, upscale Hilton property adjacent to Dallas Love Field. Comfortable rooms and a great breakfast buffet (with fee) make this Double Tree my hotel of choice in Dallas.
