Service was great! The only thing that we were not happy about was when we told them we were financing through our bank for a better interest rate, they said they would not pay off my car (the trade in) because we did not finance through Nissan. We have never experienced that ever at a dealership when purchasing a car.

The guys at Douglas Nissan are professional and very pleasant to work with. I know they will take good care of my car. I definitely recommend them every chance I get because they do good business and are an honest broker!
