I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone. The manager doesn’t take of of her tenants, she never in property and when she is her door is close and won’t talk to you. I went 4 days with no light due to a pet not being available, I had no hot water (during cold days) and had my car towed due to some parking permit I didn’t know about. She fails to communicate with her tenants, I’m at a point where I will be contacting Grizzy News. Don’t rent from these apartments they don’t take care of their tenants. I know for a fact I’m not the only one with issues.

The property manager here is amazing? She is always helpful and very professional. I enjoy living on this property

TERRIBLE! This new management are not Professional! I never had any problem paying my rent on time, but since this new people are working here, every month I receive letters that I’m late on my rent! REALLY!? When I always pay on the 1st! Im never late! Last Month they lost my money order! And Today is the 9th and I got a notification I haven’t pay my rent! This is just NOT professional!
I had a Rat on my laundry room which they never took care of!
NEVER answering the Phone!
And now I Can’t even park on my reserved spot there’s always someone there and the office haven’t figured it out.
I’m afraid to come from work and find my apartment locked since they can’t take care of the rent money orders.

What is this girl doing there? Just sitting and eating?

Very displeased, I’ve been calling all morning because there a snake in my washroom on the patio and maintaince said it’s not his job… Well who’s responsible because I’m a renter? Why should I have to pay out of my pocket?

I love the staff! Nancy is super friendly and takes care of any issues immediately. The only downside is parking, other than that I love living here!

The gate hasn’t been working for a few months now, why the negligence to fix it? Sometimes people have to open the gate themselves and don’t close it back since the gate doesn’t work anymore. Definitely a safety concern for all the tenants. Anyone can get in.

The staff at Dover Pointe are nice and helpful, especially Nancy. Any time I have an issue with my apartment she is very attentive and follows up with me regarding the issues I had and if they were resolved. Other places I have rented at were not as easy to work with as it is here.

Nancy was very knowledgeable and was able to help us with amazing customer service. I highly recommend her if you're looking for an apartment

The complex is really nice and quiet! The office and maintenance staff are also very friendly. Definitely recommend moving here.

Looking for an apartment is always a stressful ordeal and I was not looking forward to it now either. I had little to no hope of having a good transition due to the fact that this has always been a stressful process because of the staff in other places. I am never the person to write reviews but if there is merit to be given it should be given to Nancy. Her professionalism and will to help out did not go unnoticed and it made the process smooth, relaxed and to the point. Once again thank you for your professionalism and customer service over at Dover Pointe and a huge thanks to Nancy!

All of the reviews about Christy are fake she is offering people 200$ off a month rent for a five star review but she never discounts anyone rent

Apartment hunting has been very stressful but the moment someone helped me I was immediately relieved. Nancy was extremely helpful in explaining the different floor plans and seemed very knowledgeable about the property. She was polite and attentive overall, I was very pleased with my visit here.

I was gone to come in and apply for one but you guys prices just shot up out the blue and it’s ridiculous! How you go from 738 to 782 to now 800 freaking dollars!

Management sucks no one never answer the phone nor be in the office I feel Chrissy was an excellent manager but since she’s left it hasn’t been the same this will definitely be my last year here

I applied for these apartments over a month ago and they denied me because of a broken lease back in 2017 and the reason I broke the lease is because of the same problems that is going on here! I just wanna take this time to Thank the apartment manager for denying me!

Wow, i must say it's been a long time since I had a experience like this. I walked into the office looking for a place to call home and as i enter i was greeted with a warm and kind smile. The office manager which name is Christie if I'm not mistaking was very patient and kind she really made me want to live there. So you are my top three pick. I would love to go in the office where i resign to know it would be a pleasant visit when paying my rent keep up the good work need more office manager like you.
