Came to Downtown Garage after the dealership said I needed new front brakes with only 27k miles on my car. Tim was very friendly, gave my car a look & turns out everything looks good. I’ll definitely be coming here when I do need new brakes or for any other car issues because of their honesty & customer service. Thank you!

I take the company van there for repairs, inspections and oil changes. They do great work and are very thorough. They have always got things done in a reasonable amount of time.

They did an excellent job with a same day tire replacement, with an honest, competitive price. Excellent service too.

You know what they say.quality over quantity.small shops provide the detail oriented services that big shops tend to overlook.if you're in the area this shop is very convenient.as you could stroll into target while waiting on your vehicle to get serviced. Support small business as we all know big corporations are taking over.

Service had some minor problems, but Earnest made sure that they were taken care of.
I brought my Camaro SS in for A/C repair and ended up needing to pull the dash replace most of the A/C system and service was done quickly.

In for state vehicle inspection and wiper replacement. Dropped the car off, walked down to Target for some quick grocery shopping, car was waiting for me when I got back. Friendly, quick. Call ahead and they’ll tell you the best time to come in for your particular auto maintenance needs.

Highest marks for integrity, competence, and thoroughness. I brought my car in for a brake replacement, oil change, and check engine light. Ernest diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I'll never go anywhere else for car repair.

I called ahead to see if it would be a good time to come by to get my vehicle inspected. They were able to accommodate me, and they were able to finish the work within 30 minutes. They were friendly, efficient, and professional.

Had my engine replaced and was short on funds. They were patient and understanding with the situation and excellent customer service. Will use them again.

Was running late. They got me right in. Replaced a valve cover gasket and timing belt. Couldn't repair the leaking tire that was damaged on the way to the shop but they put the spare on for me. Total cost for this job was less than the dealership. Only wish they used seat covers. The new shop manager was especially helpful through the visit but I believe he got into the car with greasy dirt on his uniform and the seat is now dirty. Otherwise a good visit.

Took my vehicle in due to having a flat tire. The tire was worn out, so ended up needing a new one. They got one ordered and installed same day! Awesome people and environment! 10/10 recommend Downtown Garage for all your needs!

I put in a request online for my oil to be changed and brakes checked and was never called back to confirm or anything. Wind up going to Midas and getting it taken care of

I live downtown and.needed my car inspected. I drove up and out with in 30 minutes. Friendly and quick service will definitely go back.

They told me I needed to replace my oil pan which was $1000 I came to find out all I needed was a new drain plug, they overpriced and tried to scam me when all I needed was a new plug never coming here again I went to Christian brothers automotive in lake worth and they were very helpful and professional

Everyone here is so kind. I know nothing about cars and they did not try to take advantage of that. They were very busy but I came in with a check engine light on and they took a look at it as soon as I came in. This will be the auto shop I always go to now!

Terrible work done. They markup prices around 5x the original RETAIL cost, they buy parts from oreilly and autozone and the mechanics here are not paid enough to care. Plenty of better shops in the area.

I was on a cross country trip zoo trip with my wife and 6 kids when one of the front hub assemblies went out. Downtown Garage not only got me in right away, but they had me back on the road pretty quickly. We were still able to visit the Fort Worth Zoo that day. They inspected my vehicle while they had it in the shop to insure that everything was ready for the continuation of our trip. They have very knowledgeable and friendly staff from the front office to the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. It's tough to find a good trustworthy shop and these guys are definitely the best.

Great service and found extra deficiencies on my tires. They took care of my issues and that means a lot to me! They do a great job taking care of their customers!

Got my bmw diagnosed for a coolant leak only have 65k miles on it. They told me I need to replace a bunch of parts and bill came to be $3500. They will no properly diagnose your car or tell u the correct parts u need. They will put u at a sky rocket price and get u parts u don’t need read the reviews people. Good thing is they didn’t charge me to check it out. But they could have said the truth and been loyal to change o rings and hoses. Don’t recommend!

Courteous, quick service. Got my car inspected and I was there 15-20 minutes tops, start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
