12 They are friendly but useless. Typical government - all online, little gets done, no one is responsible, customer service sucks, hide behind policies and procedures.
Trying to replace a lost license now takes 3 months in Texas.
I'm sure someone is getting an award for what a great job they're doing.
Friendly staff and fast service. I didn't know it was possible to have such a good experience at a DMV.
Not at all what i was expecting, even with an appointment. In and out in very little time.
Appointment was at 4pm still didn't get called up until over an hour later in Hurst Tx
I had an appointment, and I followed all the directions from the website, brought everything I needed for my DL renewal. I got to my appointment on time, and everything went perfect. In and out in 20mins.
Pleasantly surprised with the quick service.in and out in under 15 minutes. I did schedule an appointment though.
Listen up folks. THEY DO NOT HAND OUT SAME DAY APPOINMENT TICKETS ANYMORE. To get a same day appointment you have to log onto the site and compete to get a spot when they post at 7: 45. If you're lucky (I was), you can get a same day spot
The staff was helpful and friendly. I was able to complete my license renewal appointment in under 30 minutes. Schedule an appointment.
If you go online it says it opens at 7 but it actually opens at 8. They also turn you away if you don't have an appointment.
Have to get here at 4am to get in line so you can be seen same day. The place doesn’t open until 8am. And appointments are two months out.
In and out with no issues at all! I didn't even have a appointment either. The elderly lady in the front helped me out and was super friendly, thank you!
