I must give a Great Big Thank You to Angela at Dr. Aimee Wright's office she is the receptionist and she definitely took good care of me with her customer service she went above and beyond and I really appreciate her help she is a Blessing and I really appreciate her amazing customer service! Keep up the Great and good work Dr. Aimee Wright will be proud because I am definitely letting her know how considerate you have been thank you again, Angel knows how to give the good service and that is good consideration for others and their needs. Dr. Wright is kind, patient, and truly cares about her patients. She goes out of her way to listen and make sure you are heard and taken care of. She will discover the problem then try countless ways to find the correct solution for you. I'm blessed to have found such an amazing doctor.

Dr. Aimee has been my doctor for 20+ years. She is thorough, she listens and you matter to her. This is the reason I have been with her as long as I have. I matter to her and so do all of her patients.

My husband and I have been patients of Amee wright for a few years. There has been a few instances where I almost walked away and to be honest I wish I would have years ago.

My husband has been seeing dr.wright for High BP. She has never been able to lower his BP to normal levels.ever.
She even used Clonazepam to try and lower it! It was still high and now there might be an addiction.thanks doc!

We are moving out of state and are looking for a new doctor in our state and SHE WOULDNT GIVE HIM HIS BP MEDS unless he paid to see her again! No even for 30 days FOR HIS CHRONIC CONDITION!

He had already seen her earlier this year.nothing has changed.just needed more meds for our move. She wouldn't do it unless we paid MORE money. Also he HAD high liver enzymes and did blood tests and NEVER gave us the results unless i called the office several times to get them.never told us what to do about it except "don't eat hotdogs"

Choline (natural vitamin) will lower liver enzymes btw I found out from another Practitioner. (sigh)

BTW we found another doctor and she lowered my husbands BP down to normal levels within 1 week.

Amee Wright is either a criminal or incompetent.you choose. One thing for sure is Money> Patients health

She also claims to be able to do Chiropractic adjustments? She basically sat on my husband and then charged us $300!

I also went to her for my health. She tested me back in the day for Low thyroid and told me I was fine.only a few weeks later my Chiropractor diagnosed me with Hashimotos.lol WTH Amee.

If our visit was at 3.don't roll in around 4: 45 and then lecture me about the Covid jab.

Also, Your Staff is and has been very rude for years. Huge attitude problem!

Truly, very disappointing and I have been left feeling like we have been scammed at my husbands Health expense.
Eventually this practice will choke on its own fraudulent ineptitude.

Update to a previous review I had left. This practice seemed good at first but after a few visits it was a nightmare. The doctor was constantly forgetting everything and did not fill prescriptions or orders for tests for months. Even with repeated calls things did not gey resolved. My boyfriend has currently been without his medication for over 3 months and he has repeatedly called for it and it has not been filled. Terri was very rude and did not apologize after finally filling my orders. She also refuses to speak on the phone when we call the office. Very unprofessional. We are currently filing complaints with the medical board

I’ve never had a doctor be so thorough, attentive, and just downright good at what she does. Terry truly loves her patients and her job. Her staff is wonderful. They truly make you feel at home. It’s a practice entirely led by women and I love that!

Dr. Wright has excellent bedside manners. She really cares about her patients and takes the time to talk about your health and what is best.

I've been a patient of Dr. Wright for several years, and I have found her to be an excellent doctor.

Awful front office my pharmacy tried to reach out over 4 times over the course of a week for a refill request with no response I call yesterday (and after finally not being sent to voicemail during business hours) and they say they will let the doctor know. Pharmacy still says there is no response I call in again they say they will tell the doctor who knows if they will I just have to deal with being without a prescription that I NEED because the office can't be bothered to do their job right. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened but it is not after going to this office for years this has happened multiple times and honestly I'm done with it as much as I like Dr. Wright I need to find a new doctor now because I can't stand the abysmal service I'm provided for the arm and a leg I have to pay without insurance.

Dr. Wright and staff were amazing! I left a previous office due to lack of personalization and I have have now found what I’ve been looking for. I would totally recommend this office

5 stars for the doctors and Millie—— however—— raise your hand if you’ve ever been personally victimized the the front desk girl, Jessica.

I’ve been a patient for over a decade and never had any issues until she worked there. She didn’t think it was important to confirm if they took my new insurance I was about to sign up for and be stuck with for a whole year. She just said probably and wouldn’t check, and it wasn’t a typical insurance plan so it really could have been an issue. I seriously wanted to ask to speak to an adult after being on the phone with her after the first two phone calls.
She doesn’t understand/care why filling prescriptions is important, or relaying information about why they couldn’t fill them.
I once had to wait over a week for the office manager to finally tell me it’s because I needed to pay the refill processing charge that they had never asked me to pay or mentioned.
Trying to make required appointments is a fiasco as well. Good luck if you have any special circumstances around your requests.
I am not a malicious person normally, but PLEASE get someone new. She is messing with people’s health and well being not to mention the time we take away from jobs and family to take care of these things.

Dr Terri is a gem She has been my primary dr for the last 5 years. She cares about her patients and you see that in all she does. Thank you dr Terri.

I've never had an issue with this doctor or their office. They have a good sense of humor and are very good with following up on their patients. I would recommend visiting this physician if you're looking!

I never felt rushed. I felt heard in my appointment and left with a great sense of relief. I needed information, guidance and reassurance regarding my heath and well being and that is exactly what I received. This office is an hour, without traffic, from my house and I am so glad I decided to make the drive. Thank you very much Dr. Wright and staff!

All I can say is, Dr Wright and Terri with the rest of staff are the best. So professional, knowledgeable and caring.

Always enjoy and made to feel comfortable when I have appointments with Dr. Wright.just recently had to make an appt and chose to drive from Fort Worth to Plano bc she’s the best
