11I love Ms. Debbie (front office) she is always so helpful and kind. They need to work on the individual Assistants calling in our prescriptions. I ALWAYS have an issue. Very frustrating.
I've been there 3 times and I am very pleased with there care. Staff is very professional and friendly.
I made an appointment and let them know I don't have insurance. Asked if I could pay them on Friday, since I had my appointment on Thursday. They said it was fine and when I got thier they said I had to pay the same day. Said to go back the next day. Let them know I just started a new job and they said they wouldn't be giving more prescription since they had not prescribed one still September of last year. Which fails could they had been calling my prescription yo CVS.
Unfortunately, we have been patients to this doctor for far too many years and there is a huge disconnect with his staff and the services that are being provided or lack of. Today we had to wait over 3 hours just to see the Nurse Practitioner as we learned the former one quit. Dr. Rocha will not be available until June which is unacceptable. His staff treats patients worse than fodder and is extremely self-serving. Best of Luck to those pf you that love to be verbally abused.
Dr Rocha is the best. He answered all my questions and help me with all my health issues. Had no issues with any staff member.
Dr. Rocha has been the only one to help me with anything. Himself and his staff are the most amazing people in the area.:) They were the ones to truly help with what I was needing medically! I recommend them.
My mother constantly struggles to get the doctor to send her prescriptions on time to her pharmacy, although we called the office hours before they closed and we stated it was urgent. Not just a one time thing. Shes been with Dr Rocha for a very long time. She says she doesn't feel like the doctor cares about her questions or concerns. We'll be changing her doctor very soon.
Prepare to waste a day waiting in their over crowded office. And if you need a refill, expect to do blood work each time just to rake in your money. I have had to do blood work 3 different times between February and July just to get a refill on the same med same dose I’ve been on for 10 years.
Worst office ethics! Debbie the receptionist is very unprofessional and was bending the rules for her friends by taking them ahead of patients that were already waiting. Then she has the audacity to lie to our face. I have been a patient since 2007 and this is the most unprofessional system since then. Dr Rocha use to be on top of things now he has a awful staff running it! Some staff members have to take up the load for others and cover for everyone else’s short comings…Believe me I followed Dr Rocha from the west side office to Gateway office and then here on Viscount and this is the worst office ever!
Dr Rocha and his staff are professional, helpful, friendly and always take care of our health needs and questions.
They never answer the phone and when they do, they put you on hold and just wait for you to hang up. I’ve tried paying my bill via the online resource but it doesn’t work. I have been trying to get in contact with the billing department for a whole month. It’s been a waste of time. They’re inconsiderate and don’t actually care about their clients.
