7He was my pediatrician until I turned 18. This man is phenomenal doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. If you need a pediatrician definitely go to the office and pick up the new patient packet.
Been going here for 18+ years no complaints. No place is perfect but I have had no problems.
VERY rude and unprofessional front office staff. I was called a “irresponsible parent” all because we had an issue with our insurance and that I also wanted to pull my daughters files to switch her to a new pedi. I have NEVER experienced such disrespectful OLDER women in my life. If that wasn’t bad enough you can never get ahold of anyone there because their phone system is absolutely ridiculous. Call 40 times and they MIGHT pick up. If you have any choice to go somewhere else do it.
The other reviews about the phone being busy are definitely accurate. That’s probably my biggest gripe. Eventually when I get thru, they are always able to book the same day if needed. Love the office and Dr Prause. He’s been my daughter’s pediatrician since she was born. She’s 16 now.
THE PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY! Like how do we schedule appointments or try to get any information without getting ahold to someone. Who wants to drive to the office every single time you cannot get through?
I love Dr. Prause and his staff but I literally can NEVER get ahold of them. I shouldn’t have to call 30+ times! (literally)
They always get my kids in super fast, and the staff remembers them! ;) only complaint.the phone is always busy. It’s hard to get through.
