Dr. Ashley E. Wenaas, MD, Cypress TX

I was having ear pain since last January/December I made an appointment in January. She cancelled my appointment. I called the office they said if i wanted to see her i have to wait till February. I tried making an appointment over the phone again and it was cancelled.

Excellent experience. Dr. Wenaas explained everything clearly and was attentive during my visit.

Very pleasant & personable physician. Explained everything she was doing & showed me the actual nasal scoping results. Staff also very nice & really helpful.

Dr. Wenaas is very thorough and incredibly knowledgeable in her field. She is patient and understanding. I would highly recommend this 5-star ENT to anyone!

Dr Wenaas is an amazing Dr. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help. She is very kind, caring and professional. She has a very comforting smile that makes you feel at ease. Dr. Wenaas is extremely competent and it shows with the way she handles her patients. I wish more Dr’s were like her! Her staff is also very friendly.

My 1 year old son had his ear tubes surgery done by Dr. Wenaas and we couldn’t be happier with her and the results. She’s really nice and she answers all the questions we ask. She really cares about her patients.nursing staff is great and super friendly with my son. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the wait time can be long sometimes and the checkout desk staff member is always busy and kind of frustrated. No deal breakers though. I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

After months seeking medical relief / hope for at least a couple of hours of a normal life I sparsely made it to Dr Wenaas office, expecting nothing, defeated. Unlike the other specialist I saw, Dr Wenaas saw me as a human being she cared, listened and treated me with respect and gave me hope which is as crucial as the medical relief. She is a true professional (angel).

Such a knowledge doctor. Very relaxed and answers all my concerns and questions. She found the right treatment for my sinus infections. I am so relieved I found a doctor who will keep me well.

I recently had a Septoplasty, I was very satisfied with the procedure and with Dr. Ashley Wenaas. I would love to leave a 5 star review; however, wait times to see the Dr's are terrible. After arriving at my appointment on time for the past 2 visits I have had to wait a minimum of 45 minutes or more before I was seen by the doctor. This cost me to miss other appointments that I have had. I have also had to leave as soon as the Dr.became available because I had to pick up my daughter from summer camp. I was unable to receive the professional medical care that I wanted. I understand that in a medical office sometimes other patients may have more complicated procedures; however, my time is very important to me I have a full-time job I work part-time and I have school age children. I addressed my concern with the Dr and was provided with a more than satisfactory explanation for the delay; however, it came at a cost to negatively impact the medical care and consultation that I needed. There is no apology, simply confusion as to why I was not more flexible or understanding. I really wish that the scheduling would be better to allow the doctor extra time to perform all procedures for all patients yet get to patients that are present and waiting in the waiting area and the exam rooms. As patients seeking treatment we also have other appointments and life events that we have to attend to. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years I could not have a customer wait for me for over 45 minutes and simply provide them with a perfectly logical explanation as to the delay without them feeling very upset. As I've stated this was not a one-time incident but this is a pattern. The doctor's office is located close to my home and when I do see her she is very professional I do trust her medical judgments I just need the wait times to decrease.

Dr Ashley is the best. Knowledgable, caring and competant. By far the best ENT I have been to.

Best Dr.ever. So grateful for Dr. Wenaas and what she has done to improve my life forever with correcting my deviated septum and sinus openings.

Dr Weenas is professional and at the same time very personable. She takes my concerns seriously and I feel heard. She takes the time to answer all questions and offer solutions. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Weenas!

Staff is friendly. Dr Wenaas always takes her time is thorough and friendly and communicates well. Develops action plan and next steps. At 50 she removed my tonsils it went extremely well for my age. I would highly recommend her.
