After multiple trips to a Euro mechanic who racked up $5k in repairs but couldn’t solve my BMW X3’s engine problems, I found Dr. Beamer. My mom drove in for Thanksgiving from Louisiana and hit a coyote and did over $5,000 worth of damage to her vehicle. The dealership was giving us the runaround and asking an outrageous amount to service/fix the vehicle considering the vehicle was older and was going to be an insurance claim the dealership wasn't interested in helping. Long story short I called Dane and he not only worked with the insurance and handled the claim directly but he got the vehicle in and out of the shop ready to go in a insanely quick amount of time.

They quoted me over $1K to replace an oxygen sensor, knew that didn’t sound right so I took it to another shop and they got it done for around $400 and said I was definitely getting scammed.

This business has OUTSTANDING customer service! Went in for a last minute oil change and the tech squeezed me in. Had a hard to find oil filter. The gentlemen was extremely nice and I felt comfortable they out the entire process. Would highly recommend!

I recently had an inspection on my 2005 Honda Accord. The initial garage that did my oil change and inspection said I needed rear brake pads and drums, along with the cabin air filter. They quoted $1300!

I called Dr. Beemer and David got me right in! His tech Aladin looked at the car and got right to work. Rather than have me wait there with my son, Isaiah, 4 years old he let me drive the courtesy white BMW x5 home, and since it iced the next day I had the car two days. Isaiah really liked the car. He said "Mom, is this our new car! "

When the weather finally cleared, the bill was less than half of what the other garage estimated. I'm extremely pleased and my Honda feels much safer. Thank you, David!

I was just charged $175 for an oil change! It used to be $95! Needless to say I won’t be going there again. What a rip off!

Scheduled pre-buyer inspection for a 2011 bmw z4 12/19 and dane replied Sunday evening same day for appt Christmas eve. Had appt 12/24/21 and after inspection, report review and showing me the concerns, and searching for parts availability he released car with no charge. What a Christmas present. If carvana takes care of inspection items, Dane and Dr Beemer will be my go to shop. I recommend Dane and Dr. Hemet for all your bmw needs.
