I’ve been a patient to Dr. Friedman’s office and I’ve been very fortunate to have Christina do my medical check.
She is very professional, analytical, ethical and genuinely concerned about my wellness.
I arrived at the office with a terrible neck pain and in addition to properly diagnosing and providing a solution, she followed up with a phone call a couple days later to ensure I was progressing. This was so nice!
If you are in need of a medical check up make sure you get scheduled with Christina!

Stopped seeing me as a patient because I questioned the mask policy. Threw an article in the trash on the subject and called me a sheep. I was going drop this bum anyway. By the way I'm right in the middle of a potassium crisis. The ER doctor and nurse said it could have been fatal
Giving an article from a renowned neuro surgeon is not starting an argument. It's raising awareness.
Seeing a 260 PA wearing a carpenter's mask is beyond ludicrous.
Having me breathe deeply while wearing a mask having me suck back large quantities of CO2 is wreckless and unprofessional.

Amazing Doctor that only recommends treatment you actually need. I have high cholesterol and instead of putting me on Statins for the rest of my life, recommended a heart scan. $50 for the heart scan at Legacy Heart Center and I had zero plaque (low risk), so no statins (and the side effects) for me. Never had an issue with the front staff, but being honest its seeing a great doctor that matters most.

It was a pretty big waste of time. It took weeks to get an appointment. I went In new in town needing to find another GP. I never saw the dr. Only the assistants. It was sloppy and rushed and in the end they gave me a referral to 2 different specialists (one specialist for each prescription) one of my meds I don’t even think is controlled and neither are an opioid. My family Dr has always been able to prescribe them before but they seemed like they didn’t prescribe anything long term. If you need maintenance meds I dont think this is the place to go.
Added: the website says opioids or benzodiazepines won’t be prescribed regularly but may be prescribed in the short term. I take Neither of those. It didn’t say anything about any other meds. I was Crystal clear on the phone that I needed to change dr’s because my former dr encouraged me to find someone local for my prescriptions. My family dr has always, always, prescribed me my meds 1 year at a time. I’m not young. When you get up there you start needing medicine. You just do. What kind of practice doesn’t prescribe medication to people who need it? That just doesn’t make sense. As you know, it’s quite costly to see specialists.

Most of the people are nice enough but the administration is very lacking. I prefer to support small businesses but the lack of administration (and accountability for their shortcomings) has forced us to change practitioners.

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Friedman for 7 years and I couldn't say enough good things about this place. Dr. Friedman and Kristy (NP) both take the time to listen to your concerns and talk with you about options. The front office ladies and the nurses are always nice and attentive. We love this office and have no plans of leaving. Also, if you want to keep winning at Tic-Tac-Toe, don't let Dr. Friedman show your kiddo how to win, because you'll never win again!:)

Dr. Freedman personally called me, to inquire about my experience with front desk. That was nice of him to check on my earlier post.

Dr Freidman and Robin - always punctual, attentive, caring and prescribes based on what insurance pays where possible.

Dr. Friedman is one of the best family practitioners I have ever met. He is more concerned than I am always provides great advice and insights into what I should and shouldn't be doing. Often his words may sounds very strong and stingy but it is all to make you better.

Being in the medical profession myself, I am very impressed with this practice. From the front office staff and throughout the rest of my visit, everyone was great!

Doctor Friedman is very nice but his staff (blond lady named Sarah) in the front desk is very rude. I went for a yearly physical this morning and had some issue with my insurance. She did not spend enough time with me to solve the issue rather cancelled the appointment and asked me to reschedule. I called up my insurance and fixed the issue in 5 minutes and went back but the front office said they cancelled the appointment and cannot do anything now. I wasted my whole morning for this physical and end up taking another appointment for May.
Really frustrated with their service.

I had to go to Dr. Friedman's office before I could be referred to a surgeon for gallbladder removal. The office visit was pretty typical and the staff were friendly. However, before I could even recover from surgery, I started receiving threatening letters about some $28 balance. You could have just as easily called my phone or sent me an email and I would have happily paid the $28, instead of threatening to start the "BAD DEBT PROCESS". I have 180 days to pay the debt before any medical bill can negatively affect my credit, if I so choose. I strongly suggest you re-evaluate the way you communicate with your patient's, as far as collecting small amounts of debt.

We love this place. They are so easy to get into. We almost always get same day appointments and they have a great staff.

I have been seeing Dr Friedman for last 3 years since we moved to Dallas. Worst staff and Dr attitude ever. No courtesy for long term patients and very long waiting period for any appointment. They do not work around your timings.
Lady in the front is very rude and uncooperative.
Billing is always incorrect you have call every time to correctly put the claim to the insurance company.

We are leaving him and they lost 4 permanent customers.

I have seen Dr. Friedman a total of 4 times, since we moved here. I read the reviews, and I knew to be on guard with the front staff. I did notice that one of the ladies was indifferent, and almost on the verge of being kind, but not all that welcoming. I can tell she is trying though. Also, I am impressed at how punctual they are. If my appointment was at 3: 00 pm, they would call my name at 3. I have been to many doctors, and this is by far a well oiled machine they have going on. Dr. Friedman is a wonderful doctor. He listens to my concerns, talked with me about the options, and answered any and all of my questions. He is a busy doctor, but I can tell you, he doesnt rush you out the door. Im very, very happy to have found him.

Had taken my son in a couple weeks ago for a physical - the nurse practitioner did the exam and his blood work was drawn. Never received a phone call in regards to results - had to call ourselves.
When we went in again for a follow up on his blood work, we told the nurse that he thought he had the flu and asked to be treated while we were there, yet she continued to tell us it’s not possible, told us we were only there to do more blood work.
Asked if he was seeing Dr Friedman, and we were told “NO”.
This would be the second visit for us and neither time were we going to see the Dr?
We were also told they couldn’t treat him for an illness that he wasn’t scheduled for, yet it’s a Dr office?
Needless to say - I will not be coming back to this office, this office sucks and does not care to treat a patient for something that they where not scheduled for. For the people that help keep this office open I hope that your health is not put in jeopardy due to their incompetence

We have been seeing Dr. Friedman since we moved to Frisco in 2008 and have been through the usual flu or sinus infection, but also some more serious issues under his care, and can honestly recommend the office to others. Both Dr. Friedman and the assisting Nurse Practitioners have cared for our family with the best care. If we need a sick appointment, we always get in on the same day. They do value our time as well and never take more time or testing than necessary, which I have found in other offices. They are cautious with prescriptions, but I know that it is a good thing and appreciate their attention. I have always felt like I received a thorough and educated service from professionals who care about my family and our well-being.

Facility is nice and clean. Front desk staff are welcoming and nurses are great and take good care of you. Dr. Friedman is one the best doctors I have visited in Dallas area, My previous experience with other doctors was not pleasant. But with Dr. Friedman I had really good experience, he patiently answers all my questions and thoroughly examines the symptoms. Recently when i had flu even in his busy schedule he took time to take a look at me at a very short notice. He is very pleasant and friendly, and his staff is prompt in following up and discussing lab results.

I called this morning and they were able to work me in at 11: 30, the nurse had incredible bedside manor and was making me laugh even though I wasn’t feeling great. The PA saw me and was wonderful, I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Editing my review to add that my 2 year old was seen my Dr Friedman today and diagnosed with strep. Dr Friedman and his nurse were great with him and they have a cool kids room with an elephant exam table and toys. He didn’t make us feel rushed in the least bit and after we discussed that he had strep, he asked me what questions I had for him. Told me like 3 times not to hesitate to call over the weekend if I’m concerned. When we were done he walked us up to the front and the blonde front desk lady was really nice and helped me hold my purse so I could dig for my keys without putting my baby down (lol) she asked how our visit was and genuinely seemed sympathetic when I said that our visit was good but he has strep.

He’s ok. He just doesn’t completely evaluate you. He’s so busy and rushes through patients that he misses a lot of the symptoms. He could have done a lot better and given me viral medication, but he missed some symptoms and even after I told him and after I called him back he said he didn’t notice anything on my tongue so just to go home and take my antibiotics.:/
The front desk blonde lady is super unfriendly and almost everytime In a bad mood. She always seems like she’s frustrated with everyone and doesn’t want to be there. Once She rolled her eyes when I had a question and slams the glass window rudely.
