First, we are very happy with Dr. Patterson, he is a great physician. This review is regarding the medical assistant who told my mother yesterday morning during a follow-up app that because she did not speak English she wouldn’t receive care at the practice without a family member who could translate for her. Eventually, when the doctor came he called someone in the office to interpret.
I’m still awaiting a call back from your practice manager, I left a VM with my cell phone for call back.
